I’m totally impressed with all the loving employees at Brookdale st Augustine The management was very approachable and knowledgeable in every process and open to suggestions that help us to move into this stay This place is a absolute pleasure to have my dad here I would recommend this place for good loving care for any family members in such a need

The employees here are extremely doting, attentive, and knowledgeable about each of the residents. There is constantly a project or activity going on to keep the residents productive and involved with others. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is a great deal of interaction between residents and caregivers as well as amongst residents. I'd highly recommend bringing your loved one here for lots of one-on-one attention.

We moved our parents into Brookdale Wornall Place after they were unable to live alone. We’ve had a great experience with the friendly staff and their professional services. I really appreciate the flexibility and care they’ve provided to my family. I would recommend Brookdale Wornall Place to anyone looking for a safe and caring community for their loved ones.

I never thought that any place or persons could care for my 100-year old mother as my husband or I could, but Brookdale Fremont North certainly is doing so! The staff is professional, caring and attentive! Mom is thriving and loves participating in all of the activities. She is happy in her new community and has made new friends. My family and I will be eternally grateful to each of the outstanding associates at Brookdale North Fremont!

I was very impressed as soon as I walked into the facility. The entrance area is very welcoming-feels like home! The facility is bright and inviting. I was pleased to find a room on the first floor and easily accessible from the front entrance. My loved ones neighbors are friendly. The grill area and game room provide visiting space. The facility is conveniently located -only 3 minutes from my home and conveniently located for other family and friends to visit. Above all, the staff is very professional and extremely attentive! All these reasons combined contributed to my decision!

One of the main reasons we chose Brookdale Dowlen Oaks is because they will accept Texas Medicaid Star + Waiver program when we need it. The staff are very friendly from top to bottom. They seem sincere about caring for residents.

Brookdale is an amazing facility. The staff is so friendly and you feel the love as soon as you walk in the door!

BDO feels like home. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by tenured staff members that love what they do. Caring and compassionate employees greet you during your entire visit. It's warm and welcoming. I often smell the amazing meals being prepared at the entrance. Various levels of care are provided so it's easy to find the perfect spot for your loved one to fit right in. Respite care is a beautiful offering to allow caregivers a much needed break or to help you make a long- term decision.

Great place to call home! They have a friendly and caring staff. Always willing to lend a helping hand. There are so many activities to do. The dining experience is 5 star! The field trips are alway fun.

Brookdale at Canyon Lakes is great place for our Mom. The staff is great. The people living there have been great. They have musicians come in almost weekly. They have activities going all the time. The grounds are gorgeous. The allowed our Mom to have her dog as well. The cafe is great and the building is clean and in good order. Moms doctor even comes to her apartment. When we first visited Brookdale after visiting several other senior living places in the Tri Cities we knew this was the right place for Mom. Mom really likes it there.

I don't know much on the activities when we arrived. But they have a new coordinator, so that's good, but I don't know how the activities are going to be able to rate them. The staff are great with people relations and I appreciate that they really try to accommodate the needs in the memory care unit.

Brookdale Dowlen Oaks is an absolutely amazing facility! Any time I've been in the building I receive a warm greeting and am treated like family. Brookdale's staff engages with their residents in a way that ensures that everyone feels valued and cared for. I'd gladly recommend this facilty to any of my loved ones!

Brookdale is a very clean and beautiful facility with phenomenal staff who go above and beyond to take care of their residents. They provide numerous activities for their residents to stay active and socially connected.

I have worked with this community several times over the past 3 years as a partner that assists their Veteran residents. While touring this community, each resident I would come in contact with would rave about how much they loved living there. Every staff member I've interacted with from management, to the concierge, to the maintenance director are all STELLAR! They make everyone feel welcomed and like family.

I needed to be 100% comfortable in the facility we chose for my mother-in-law. Brookdale Dowlen Oaks did just that and more. They were very attentive to our needs and have gone beyond our expectations. My mother-in-law and our family are very happy with Brookdale Dowlen Oaks.

This is a very high quality community for what I feel is the best price. The staff really care about the residents. The community offers flexible options for the family and our loved one. The staff communication with the family is pretty good and they are responsive. There are times that the family may have to follow up to get answers. There are three meals served to the residents a day, and there are snacks available for the residents between meals. The community is careful with the menu and there are healthy options for the residents. The meals appear to be restaurant quality.
