From the moment my husband and I walked in the door & met [name removed], we were sold!! We are speechless with excitement. [name removed] is your diamond and has a beautiful heart! Your community is the perfect place for my sister!

My mother became a resident [date removed]. She came from Pensacola FL and had been living in a very nice facility there where she was happy. We relocated here to live near family. I was concerned about moving a 90 year old lady. I prayed God would lead me to the right home for my mother and he blessed us with Brookdale. Mother was there a few weeks when she said " I really like this place". They have been friendly and helpful from the start. The residents are happy and welcomed my mother, this indicates to me a great staff and very good management. My mother is not just being housed, the staff and management take care of her every need. They nursing staff are friendly and smart and on top of things. The activities director makes every day fun and interesting. My mother has blossomed. My mother is safe and happy and that means a lot to me.

Brookdale Southpoint is an extremely clean community and the staff members have been excellent, they are super friendly. We do not have much experience with the meals and dining but everything seems to be good. We do not get to see the activities but we do know they have things going on in the dining hall. The director has been very helpful with different occasions and we appreciate that. Overall we have been very happy and we would recommend this community to other families.

We chose Brookdale because the staff is just awesome - they helped us a lot and answered all our questions. The price was also really great compared to some of the other places we had looked into. The staff have been wonderful with her, I cannot say enough good about them and they are always there when we need them. She shows an attachment to a lot of them and that is normally not her personality so that says a lot. the facility itself is beautiful, her room is very sufficient with everything she needs and is spacious. Their safety protocols are amazing as well. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive to other families looking for memory care.

I don’t know where to begin. I was thoroughly impressed with Brookdale Monroe. The staff are caring and compassionate. Formerly working as an activity director, I was impressed with the recreation calendar for both AL and Memory Care. There are activities for everyone to enjoy. The memory care programs are planned keeping dignity in mind and it was truly impressive to see. The director, [name removed] is incredibly hands on and you can see she puts so much effort into ensuring that the right people are hired who will uphold their mission and commitment to residents. The food was wonderful and they have so many options. The apartments are spacious and probably the cleanest I have ever seen. Everything was impeccable. If I had a family member who needed assistance I would no doubt call Brookdale Monroe.

I would rate Brookdale higher than a 5 if I could, they are amazing. When you walk into the facility it is very clean and there is no odor. The staff took very good care of my husband and are very consciousness. They all interchange - if they are short handed everyone pitches in to help out. They always have things going on such as arts and crafts, music, painting, and also special things like watching footballs games or movies. the food is excellent. The meals are very balanced and nutritious. When there is a covid outbreak they are very good at being proactive and keeping the residents safe. It is a small community and they only have 12 residents. I always thought the bigger the better, but that is not the case. The nursing care has been excellent and everyone truly cares. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Dublin to other families looking. I feel very blessed to have been able to get him in here, it is a very well organized group.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and I felt that I had a good and complete tour. I think that the community we chose appeared to be newer. I chose the other place because I had three references for the other community and I decided to go with that. I knew the people who had actually used that facility and that's who they recommended.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community, overall it was a great experience. The director was great, and it would be a nice place for those who want something a little smaller or needs more assistance. The apartment our loved one would of had was extremely small, for what they call a one bedroom apartment we would not even call a studio apartment. It just felt extremely claustrophobic.

They are always clean when I visit my loved one. The staff are great, welcoming, and have been caring towards my loved one and family. My loved one seems to really enjoy the food served during meal times. There are activities available for the residents to participate in if they choose to. This has been a great value for our family.

I can't express enough gratitude for the work[name removed] and his team did for my Mom [name removed] while she has been at this facility from [date removed]. If you are going through the process of taking care of your beloved parent and transitioning them to an independent living or assisted living senior center, I highly recommend Brookdale Gaines Ranch. [name removed] hires a team who bring a passion for Seniors by making the time they have left during their last chapter, the best it can possibly be. There were so many times that I did not have an answer for what my Mom was going through and Brookdale Gaines Ranch always came through for my wife and I and my Mom. Thank you from our heart to [name removed] and BGR!

What sticks out most to us about Brookdale Staunton is the friendliness of the staff, you can tell that they truly care about the residents.

At Brookdale the residents receive amazing care and a one on one experience with caregivers to get the exact help that they need. They really pride themselves in making sure that each resident feels safe, welcome, and at home while they are at Brookdale. It’s an amazing place for loved ones as they will receive not only the care they need but they will be surrounded by people who care about them and their well-being.

Brookdale Cape Cod is well run and has really good people running it.

I feel safe and involved, meals are good and I have been at Brookdale Cape Cod for a number of years.

We chose Brookdale Conway because they offered a 2 person assist which is what we needed at the time. The room sizes here are pretty good, my mom had a studio apartment and had plenty of room for her things. Overall it was a pretty good experience for our family.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a really great tour experience with everything we saw and all the staff we were able to meet with

Our tour experience with Brookdale Highlands was WONDERFUL. All of the staff that we spoke with and the people who took us on the tour could not have been nicer. I think my dad would have done well here, we just felt that another facility we toured was the better fit for his care needs at that time.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought they did an absolutely amazing job, they really went above and beyond but for us the cost was just way to high

Place for Mom was a great help in providing options for my grandmother. She has been at Brookdale in Goodlettsville TN since [date removed] and is doing well. 5 stars for all, this has been an excellent choice for my grandmother. We do not have anything bad to say about it

We chose Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake because of the overall feel of the whole place and also the location was very convenient for our family. Especially in the beginning, the staff were very helpful in helping with the whole move in process and they actually provided him a recliner, a TV, dresser and bed -so that was really nice and helped us out a ton and saved us a lot of money and hassle. I would recommend them to other families looking.
