Brookdale

This community has employees that love their jobs! I searched many places aforesaid my loved one. I felt as if the staff checked the box everyday but not very personable with the people who lived in the facility. Brookdale Allenmore on Union Avenue, in Tacoma, Washington, made me feel welcomed and like family! I felt that I could talk to them. It was my first time transitioning a loved one and I was very clueless on what I needed to do! They understand the work it takes and the toll on the family.

I have had a really really good experience with Brookdale Oak Hollow. It fit all of our needs, the location was perfect, and they worked with us on pricing. [name removed] the director is right on top of EVEYRTHING. Nothing happens in the facility that she doesn't know about. The staff communicate with families very well about what is going on with your loved ones. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

We have not had a meal there ourselves but according to our loved one and other residents they are not to thrilled with the meals - they said it just taste kind of blah and sometimes it is served cold. However they do talk a lot about the different activities going on and we can see pictures of our loved one doing different things. The value is expensive - they do a lot but the community fee is quite high compared to other places.

It has been a great experience. The transition was easy. The business manager is awesome. They've been great to work with. The care has been good. They look after my parents and make sure everything is good for them.

They have an on-site physican and nurse available when needed . They have great meals, and serve-soup-salad-entree. It is clean, comfortable, and a very good place for your loved one.

Friendly and attentive staff. Housekeeping staff needs to up their game on cleaning of rooms/carpets.

Brookdale Chambrel is a very light, open, brighter and fresher community compared to the ones we had toured. It is very expensive but on par with other communities and we feel confident in saying we do not have to worry about our love one here. All of the day to day staff up to administration has been nothing but friendly and helpful since the beginning and that has not changed. They hare very accommodating and caring towards our loved ones. He does think the breakfast food is good. He does participate in some activities, but we have met with the activities coordinator and seen their monthly calendar and it all looks great. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

Tour was lovely and was our first choice but something came up and were unable to move in.

The Brookdale Mentor community is very comfortable, clean and homey. Everybody there staff and residents are very nice and friendly. Our loved one has her own apartment which perfectly fits her needs. The overall value for the price is very good and based on our experience so far with Brookdale Mentor we would recommend this community to other families .

I toured Brookdale Germantown and I liked it, it was good. It was a nice place; they were sweet and knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions. We chose another community because Brookdale was a little more expensive.

We moved into Brookdale on [Date removed]. We have been impressed with the friendly, helpful atmosphere here, from both the staff and the residents. Our apartment is beginning to feel like home. And we are getting to know people on a first name basis. Everyone tells us that they like it here and know that we will too. We have gotten involved in Be-Fit and water aerobics classes and have gone on some of the tours and trips that were offered, and we have found them to be fun, educational, and interesting. We have really enjoyed the entertainment that comes to Brookdale as well. We are sharing our travels with a slide show presentation once a month or so, and people have enjoyed coming to that. The food is great. The building is clean and attractive. And we have brought friends here to see it. We like being close to our church and old friends and back in Glen Ellyn. We are very happy with our decision to move to Brookdale Glen Ellyn.

I would tell others that they try hard, they've got an extremely nice place, and they're very friendly.

It's only been a couple months since my loved one has moved in. I live in a different state, so I do not visit the community often, but they seem to be doing a good job. If there's a question, they will handle it and get back to you quickly.

Being out of state it makes visiting difficult but the intake lady [name removed] was just fantastic and an absolutely gem to work with. Our loved one is really enjoying it there, and she always tells us we wont be able to find another community that could top the experience we are having wit Brookdale Palma Sola. When it comes to the activities they could switch up the routine and have more of a variety - our loved one really enjoys the exercise classes but its the same class every single day. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Oak Park. It looks sophisticated and there seemed to be a lot of community engagement. The staff were really interested in my loved ones life and interests as well and we really appreciated that. The facility was a little bit older and they did not have any staged rooms that we could look at. The room we were shown was empty so it was kind of hard to picture what life would look like. They also did not have memory care here so individuals cannot age in place if that type of care is needed.

So far so good, my loved one has been here for 3 months. We visit all the time and he says that he is very happy with how everything is going.

We had a very nice tour experience with Brookdale Pensacola. The facility is smaller and offered fewer activities (which looking back now, I think this might have been a better fit for my loved one). Because of its size, it had a much more homey, comfortable atmosphere.

Just like everywhere else right now they are having a hard time finding staff. But overall we have been pleased with Brookdale Trinity Towers.
