Brookdale

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. It was a beautiful experience and the staff very friendly. My mother toured the facility and was excited about being able to move in. The rooms were very clean. So was the whole facility. Unfortunately Mom passed before she could move in.

They took care of my loved one, very well.

The cleanliness of Brookdale is excellent and the staff members are wonderful. Everyone here is always very friendly and interacting with one another. They have a ton of different activities here internally and externally. We have a gorgeous courtyard that we use for picnics, programs and different entertainers. The PT program here is excellent - they have a Be Fit program I take advantage of everyday and we have a top notch fitness gym. We thoroughly enjoy being apart of this community we are very proud to be here. We would absolutely recommend them to other families.

We had an excellent tour experience with Brookdale Liverpool - the guy in management did a great job. My loved one needed a higher level of care than they would be able to provide here. She needed enhanced assisted living. If mobility were not an issue, this probably would have been where we placed her because it was also closest to us. It just ended up not being the best match for what the needs were.

We toured with Brookdale Sevierville and found everything to be exceptional. The staff were so wonderful and we really liked the facility. The only reason we chose a different place was because they had a room available right away and we would have been on a waiting list for Brookdale. I would have had no issue placing my loved one in this facility.

Brookdale was a close second. But it did not have dishwasher or washer/dryer in the apartment, which she wanted. The 3 of us making decision for her (she was in AL) liked the decor and modern feel of [facility name removed], as well as size of facility. But Brookdale would have been more similar to where she was. She is not overly happy with how open [facility name removed] is; says it feels like a motel. Personal taste. Brookdale had residents milling around, at least at certain times we were there. And they were always friendly as well.

Since my Mom has only been there for [dates removed] we have found everything very good. Staff and people are all very friendly and inviting to "New-bees". The garden has been nice to follow as it has grown. The residents share their vegetables that they grow. Meals are very good and servers friendly. She is in the independent living section but has a check in button she pushes everyday. If she forgets they call her. Over all we are very satisfied with her being there and very happy

Friendly staff and always willing to help .

Placing a parent in a facility is no easy task as we learned. [name removed] and [name removed] along with other staff made a tough situation much easier and were an incredible help. The facility is well kept and the staff have all been wonderful. We looked at several facilities that offered memory care including another Brookdale facility which was nicer than the others as well. Flagstaff was ideal due to the proximity of our family. I'm comfortable with our decision to have them care for my mother. Thank you [name removed] and Staff!

The staff at Brookdale Gardens Tarzana treats the residents with kindness and respect. It's a smaller community where residents are treated more as individuals than they are at larger places we've looked at. Probably one of the most important things is that the dining is excellent. They have a chef who caters meals toward the residents' likes and is also a very kind person. Basically it's a place where we feel our mother is treated with kindness all around.

It's a nice place to live. We've been here for about a month and a half and we are very comfortable living here. Our apartment is very comfortable and clean with a beautiful sunset view during nicer weather. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond if you call. The food is good and they will accommodate special requests. Everyone living here is pleasant and friendly; when you walk down the hallway everyone greets you and says hi. We enjoy having dinner with other residents and we've found a lot of connections. The programs and activities are very enjoyable and entertaining, especially when its nice out. We'll go and listen to a music program outside. We didn't want to move from home, but we are very very pleased with how it turned out. We're very happy to be here and happy we chose Brookdale Glen Ellyn, it's a really nice place.

The staffing is bad at breakfast and lunch

The staff at Brookdale Boise Parkcenter are very accommodating. They are always asking if they can help you get situated. I have taken several family members there to eat and they all liked the facility as well.

My older brother has been a resident for 2 plus years. This is his second assisted living experience and it far exceeds a former residence. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating to my brother's needs. The Executive Director, and the Health and Wellness Director along with other staff go beyond expectations in dealing with specific issues and offer alternative approaches to the many issues and problems that arise. My brother, the resident, also speaks highly of the staff.

It is the best place for my husband!

We are very happy with the experience and mom has improved since being here. [name removed] the sales gal was fantastic during the whole move in process. The facility itself is beautiful and we love all of the décor. Mom loves the activities and is actually participating in them. They bring in great entertainment as well. They have a hair salon on site and mom really loves getting her hair done every week. They have a little chapel where residents can go too. It is overall a very nice place and I would definitely recommend Brookdale Palma Sola to others.

The meals and dining service has been above and beyond all the previous communities our loved one has been out - which is has been very helpful. The staff members are very communicative and constantly give us updates regarding our loved one which we really appreciate. Overall we have been very happy and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

We had a wonderful tour at Brookdale Gallatin. They determined that my loved one needed more assistance than they could provide with her memory issues. But the lady who gave us the tour was very kind, and she was very thorough in showing us everything.
