Brookdale

I enjoyed having the opportunity to meet with [name removed] and see the facility. Getting to see the various apartments available as well as learning about the care available was very helpful. [name removed] answered all of my questions and provided helpful information.

Unfortunately due to the health of our loved ones they were not able to move in, but we really appreciated their help and supportiveness they gave us through the admin process. It was a wonderful experience to work with them, they had great communication and tried their best to help us our every way possible. We were very impressed with their staff.

They are short staffed, they don't have enough staff but they are pretty good. Mom likes the food, it smells good. They handle any problems. They are overall; friendly, caring, and wonderful. The nurses-aides are helpful if I have any issues.

They have great activities program, puzzles and recently brought in a miniature horse for everyone to see and pet. They take care of everything, they have recently added a beautician and they take care of giving him beard trim and haircut which is great. Is really a blessing that we are able to visit and everything is completely taken care of for us. Hospice nurse sees him at least once a week and that also is very fantastic. As he has advanced dementia and at times doesn't know everyone but he has some friends in there that call him by his nickname. Everyone there is truly a blessing, the staff does a wonderful job and he is very happy and safe.

We had care service, in addtion to 24 hour care, which was needed. The staff was very nice. He went to the cafeteria when he could, and enjoyed the pudding. It was expensive, but an overall positive experience. He was very well taken care of.

We never thought we would be in a position of needing an Assisted Living Center for my Father-In-Law. We realized, after a few trying times, that we would need to look into a center that could provide a safe place for him to live. We searched around our community—and are incredibly happy we found Brookdale Mansfield. The community feels like wonderful members of our extended family. There are always knowledgeable staff to answer any questions—who are also eager to share a laugh with the residents. We look forward to the days we go visit and can’t express enough how grateful we are to have found such an amazing place. Brookdale Mansfield does an incredible job keeping the residents actively engaged throughout the day. I’m quite positive they have more on their social calendar than I do. We would HIGHLY recommend the community to anyone looking for a safe, clean, FUN, family atmosphere! We are truly blessed to have found such an outstanding center!

I have been here a month and so far everything is great! I have no complaints

The dining services to us seems to be very elegant, but occasionally our loved one does complain about the meals. The activities they have for the residents seem to be quite adequate and we do think the value for the money is very good. Based on our experience so far with the Brookdale Sparks community we would recommend them to other families

He does participate in some of the outings offered with the activities program. Very satisfied with the community and overall has been great for our loved one.

They have really good food program with many selections. Activities they have plenty going on for the residents living there. Move in was very smooth as they had a loading dock making much easier. Staff has been wonderful and great with feedback and reporting back on any issues that occur.

So warm and caring. Cannot remember when I have seen so many smiling faces! Love hearing about all of the fantastic programs and innovations. Amazing facility.

The staff are very knowledgeable and involved. All of the residents seem happy to be here!

Brookdale is the most welcoming ALF community in our area. I appreciate the engagement & education provided to industry community partners & the families they service. Service with a smile, always!!

The community is great! They provide excellent care and fun activities for the residents!

The director at Brookdale was very helpful in assisting me with placement, he did a lot to try to get my mom in here and was so wonderful and accomdaioting. I would tell others that if the resident or spouse has a military family, make sure to check into Patriot Angels. It is assistance for the resident - it is a lot of paperwork up front but it is so worth it. We would definitely recommend Brookdale Courtyard Puyallup to others, it is a wonderful place.

Sometimes the food is good, and sometimes it's not . If other familes, are apprehensive about putting family in assisted living, then this is the place to go. They are very kind. The staff is very kind and caring. They help you through the process.

We had a good experience with Brookdale Topeka and the staff was good to work with. Communication between the community and myself was good. I was there in person a lot, but they also reached out through email and text. The community is all on one floor and it's both safe & locked. Activities include a variety of different things like cards, movies, crafts, baking, and a little bit of everything. I would recommend Brookdale Topeka to others.

Very pleasant staff and atmosphere of the facility.

Toured this location. Great people and a nice location. I chose another Brookdale, but really liked their walking paths and outdoor fireplace and pub. I hear good things from friends of mine who live there.
