They follow through on all of their promises that they make like cleaning, showers, care, etc. The nurse has been great, her and I talk to her quite often. The every day staff are wonderful as well. I would rate the staff a 10 on a scale of 1-5. My mother loves the activities provided and my dad is coming along. They really enjoy going to the meals and they both look healthy. I do wish they had more apartments that are suitable for 2 people since they are in separate rooms, but I think my mom enjoys having her own space. It is expensive but it is worth it for the quality of care that they receive. I would recommend Brookdale East Side to others looking and already have. I looked at quite a few and am so happy I moved them here.

Brookdale felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. It always smelled good and was kept super clean. [name removed] the manager is absolutely amazing. He was super helpful and always went above and beyond. He was more than kind. My mom was here 4-5 months for rehab and she was always sick to her stomach before moving in. She ate their meals and was feeling great and had no issues. Since being home, she is feeling sick again so that shows how great their cooking was and she wants to go back. The food was outstanding and super fresh, it was her favorite thing and she raved about it. I would highly recommend Brookdale Ebenezer Road to others looking. We looked at 4 others and Brookdale was by far the best, you can tell that the staff really truly care about their residents and that is what makes them stand out.

We have had a great experience with Brookdale Wekiwa Spings - the community itself is very clean and the staff members have been fantastic. The meals and dining service is wonderful and they have a ton of different activities going on for the residents they are always so busy. The value for the money is reasonable - it is comparable to other communities in the area and we would recommend them to other families.

I love it here. It's a great place to live. Once you get used to it, it's very nice. The people are so friendly, both the other residents and the staff. And the care is good as well.

The community itself is very clean but the house keeping within the individual rooms could use a little bit of help. The staff members are great, they are very nice, talkative and are always willing to help anyway possible. The dining services always looks very nice. Every time we come to visit they have tons of different activities going on for the residents, like board games and Church services on Sundays.

The workers have been extremely kind and friendly. They come pretty quickly when the call button is pressed on their bracelet. Communication is good and has improved with the new director, there are a lot more emails going out to families, telling us about activities and so forth. My loved ones apartment is the reason why we chose Brookdale. It has a main area, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom that's closed off behind two double doors. We needed something more than just a one single room, as both pf my parents are there. Some of their activities include bingo - which my dad does all the time and a morning exercise class led by one of the residents. The class is about 45 minutes and it's kind of like a "sit and be fit" that focuses on arms and legs. They bring in musical guests like a pianist and that's usually once a month. One time it was a family band that consisted of the parents and their children. They're planning a Hawaiian Lau, and they decorate for holidays too. I've also noticed a crafts room too, I'll see people doing things like needle work or painting. I would recommend Brookdale Champions to others. It's been a great transition from home to assisted living, overall.

My mom just recently moved to memory care unit. I am so happy that the team they have in memory care is awesome. Will continue to visit her and I love the way she loves the place.

I want to thank all of you for providing such a lovely meal to our family. Our two children and five grandchildren were quite impressed with the variety of dishes available and how delicious everything was. I must add that of all the restaurants we visited, all eleven of us said Brookdale rated first. Thank you again for all your hard work.
