Brookdale

My grandmother was at Brookedale, while she was there we were all able to visit her. The staff was excellent about making sure her need were met and did so in a timely manner. The food there is also very good and always hot and fresh.

My grandmother spent her last few months at Brookdale. The care she was given was great. My grandma had dementia and the nurses were so good to her.

I thought Brookdale Chenal Heights was very nice. It was clean. It had an overall positive vibe. But they were the most expensive of all of the places we toured.

This is an awesome community, they were very nice and kind to my loved one. He needed a lot of help and they were very patient with him. They did an amazing job in my mind. He is better and home now and things are going well. The tour was great and I got all of the information that I needed about the community. The tour guide was nice and so are all of the other staff. My loved one can be a handful and they were great with him.

This was a great and nice community but my loved one did not want to go at the time. We had to pass just because my loved one was not ready for such a big change at the time and when he did need help he needed more care and assistance.

This is a very friendly, clean home with nurturing help, and meets all your needs. The staff are very responsive to the family's questions or concerns, and if they don't know the answer they find someone who does. The monthly fee covers the room, utilities including basic cable, laundry, changing of linens, and housekeeping. The medication management and assistance in getting to the dining room are some of the care the community offers to the residents. My loved one loves the food. They also have transportation for the residents to use, if needed.

When looking for a place for Mom, the moment we entered Brookdale Assisted Living, Port Orange, Florida we felt at home, cheerful decorations throughout the building. We felt comfortable and relaxed, not like an outsider but at home. The entire Staff is wonderful, apartments are a perfect size bright rooms with individual bathrooms. Great meals in the large dining room, screened in porch overlooking the garden, the facility is clean, each apartment is clean. Lots of activities: B-Fit program, Bingo, DYI crafts, puzzle group, Red Hat Club, bus rides, movie night, live entertainment, a hair salon, Birthday celebrations, special lunches and so much more. The entire staff shows love, kindness, compassion and truly cares for all the residents. It shows as each resident smiles back to the staff. This staff not only cares for the residents but also the families. The Brookdale Staff is family to us all. Mom is home at Brookdale, where she can age in place.

From (name removed) I would recommend this place to anyone. It is one of the best places I have been in, and stayed at. I have been to several others and did not like them. I even stayed in one place for only one night, and called my daughter to come and get me the hell out of there. I would not even recommend the one that my wife is staying in. If I could take her out of there and care for her myself, I would. The staff here is very loving and very caring. They treat everyone with respect. Like I said again, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The tour was great and very nice and gave me the information that I needed about the community. I was able to see everything that I needed about this community. I did not like this community too much, I seen a staff member communicating with a resident in a way that I did not like. The tour was nice it was just that one experience.

Brookdale Clarksville has been great, the cleanliness of the entire place is just wonderful. We love the staff and everything about them. The community is smaller and all on one level so she doesn't have to get confused or use elevators. We love the staff and everything about them it has been a huge relief. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the meals but if she wants something different they will accommodate her needs and wants. They do offer plenty of activities, a few days ago they were making Easter hats with flowers. Brookdale has just been a salvation for us.

I go every day at different times of the day and spend a couple hours with my dad and we absolutely love the place and I love going there. I have yet to see one thing I could gripe about and I think that says a lot. It is a smaller more homey atmosphere which is perfect for my dad. The staff really care about the residents and that really shows. They have all sorts of activities such as bingo, entertainment that comes in, (name removed) came in and brought them a full sized bible, they take them for rides once a week to get out, they take groups out to eat at a restaurant, etc. It is first come first serve to go out to eat so if you do not get to go that week, you are guaranteed a spot the next week. They have a Facebook page that you can visit where they upload pictures of things that they are up to and I really enjoy that. It is a wonderful place that even I would move into. I would highly recommend Brookdale Kerrville to others.

We chose Brookdale Burlington ultimately because of the availability, they fit our schedule perfectly. It was right down the street so the move was super easy. And we felt they were very cost effective. We had a fantastic tour experience and my grandmother seemed to fit in with the other residents and they were all super welcoming which made her feel comfortable. They have been very accommodating to her dietary needs and meals are well rounded. Overall it has been a positive experience and we would absolutely recommend them.

we toured Brookdale Hagerstown and it was a good experience and tour. we ultimately chose another community because it was less costly.

The staff are so friendly and attentive to our loved ones needs. They always stay in constant communication with us which we really appreciate. They are also able to accommodate our loved specific medical needs. We really have been pleased with Brookdale they have been wonderful.

Brookdale Hendersonville East has been great to work with and it is a perfect fit for my mom. She does not have any dietary restrictions and loves the food that they serve. It is served restaurant style and people come to take her order. I think it is a convenience to have Brookdale at home, my mom is able to live independently but has those on site services available to her if she needs them so she can live in independent living for much longer. She loves it here and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We really like the fact that the director has been there for a long time and they have full time staff there - no outside agency staff. The staff are very well trained and caring towards their residents. We have recommended this community to others and will absolutely continue to do so

We haven't had too much interaction with everyone yet, but everything seems to be working out as it should be so far and we have been happy with the overall experience. We would recommend Brookdale Mandeville to others.

Brookdale Goodlettsville has been great we have had a wonderful experience so far. The head nurses are very attentive and are always on top of getting back to us, they have taken great care of our loved one. The activities right now are a little limited due to the labor shortages with the pandemic. We do wish with the higher functioning residents they would be able to walk outside more with someone accompanying them - however with staffing shortages we understand it may not be fully doable right now.

The community is very clean and the staff members are super nice, they really get to know the families and all now know our names. The meals sometimes are little to be desired but we do think the dining service is just fine. We are not sure what different activities they have, but they do a great job coming to get our loved one and accompany him down to the activities. He tends to be forgetful so we really appreciate that. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to other families.

This is a top notch community that really cares about the residents. They provide a safe and comfortable environment. They seem to take care of their residents well. The staff is great to work with and I can always reach someone to answer or address my questions or concerns. Cooking, exercise, discussion groups, and more for activities for the residents to choose from. The community is secure and the residents are able to walk the hallways, they can sit in common areas, or even go to the courtyard to enjoy the sun.
