Brookdale

I’ve visited here on multiple occasions for various purposes and the staff and residents all treat me and each other like family. All of the activities the staff hold for their residents and the community are fun, relaxing and you leave feeling better about life. Uplifted and happy. I highly recommend Beaumont Brookdale to everyone.

[name removed] was warm and friendly during my virtual tour. The Brookdale Oaks at Dowlen was clean and colorful. The workers took time to meet and greet me. [name removed] toured me throughout the facility indoor and outdoor. Back in her office she was patient in answering my questions and offer other aids in helping me and my dad securing a community for him. Overall I was very pleased with my virtual tour.

The first time I walked into Brookdale I felt that it would be a good place to bring my aunt for her memory care needs. The more I talked with the staff, the more I was convinced of this. [name removed]. obviously cares deeply for the clients and is committed to her work of helping others. [name removed]. solved some very important problems for me very quickly, and runs a very clean and compassionate facility. [name removed] was the second person I met at Brookdale and he’s amazing at his job. [name removed]. made a special effort to make my aunt feel cared for, and really connected with her. From the time I moved her into Brookdale Salem, until she passed (not alone, the staff made certain), my aunt received excellent care. Thank you so much to these caregivers and the rest of the team for making a difficult time as pleasant as possible for my loved one. I appreciate them.

The cleanliness of the community is 10 stars, it is spotless. The meals and dining service overall is okay, there are somethings our loved one is not the biggest fan of. Our loved one is financially comfortable here.

I moved into Brookdale in 2020. Since then, it has met all of my expectations! Huzzah!

I think Brookdale is a great place to live. Before I moved into the community, I was living at home alone and my husband had just passed. It was a sad time in my life but I am so thankful for the new blessings Brookdale has brought me. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and residents for their patience and kindness over the years!

I cannot say enough good things about South Bay. The skilled nursing area is clean and inviting. I feel so comfortable with the care they provide- I visited frequently, unannounced and was never disappointed. Their patients are loved and well cared for. The social worker is a strong advocate and excellent communicator. Activities daily so there is not that somber, nursing homey feel. It’s refreshing! I don’t have much experience with their assisted living but from what I’ve seen it’s equally as well cared for and the staff seems to be the same.

We love it! Everybody is really friendly. The food is good overall, although there are some things I don't like. We have our own villa, and it is beautiful. It's very private, and we have a garage. There are a lot of activities and great things going on. It is a lot of money, but it's worth it. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Sunwest.

Brookdale Glen has been a really good experience so far. There is always room for improvement when it comes to the meals and dining service, but when we speak with her she really seems to be enjoying it. Our loved one is enjoying the exercise classes and we never thought she would get herself involved in those. She is really loving her studio apartment.

If you have the financial resources to place your loved one here, this would be my first choice. The community was able to guide me through the process and give me resources to make the right decisions for my loved one. The staff were very proactive to respond to any situation when I had questions or concerns about.

The staff are very friendly. The communication with the staff and family is good. There was a time that they missed out telling me something that needed to be refilled; however, it was quickly taken care of. The staff are very caring as well. The food is very delicious. My loved one seems to enjoy all the food. The activities director is open to suggestions for new activities for the residents. There are activities every day for the residents to choose from.

I really liked Brookdale, this was my first choice and I was surprised my grandmother did not choose this facility. It was super nice and it is very highly rated. When we were touring residents were doing physical therapy and activities were going on, there just seemed like a lot to do. She went with another facility because she knew a couple people in there, but I think this would have been a great choice.

We chose Brookdale Courtyard mainly because of my brothers age. We did not know how long he would need this type of care and after their money runs out, the facility does take medicaid. The room size is perfect for him and fits his needs well. The staff are so willing to help and do things that we ask. There is a chef on site and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner with a variety of options on the menu. He seems happy here and has settled in well and we would recommend them.

Brookdale Sevierville is absolutely wonderful. They've been very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The staff go above and beyond and really make it feel like home for my loved one.

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale. After a 7 day hospital stay, my mother wasn't strong enough to go home & we chose Brookdale for a respite stay. They shamelessly spoiled her while she was there. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. We arrived about 7:00 p.m. and not only was the admissions director,waiting for us but also the director. They had a welcome sign out & dinner waiting for mom. Her room was clean & ready for her. She never wanted for anything. Mom bragged about the food every day she was there and my dad said she had to come home b/c he was going to get fat eating lunch there with her every day. The care the residents receive, the activities planned are amazing. There are multiple activities each day to suit anyone's tastes and guest speakers frequently. Everything is kept spotless. The rooms are an excellent size. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I would highly recommend anyone whose family needs assisted living to look into Brookdale.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility itself was nice, but the location was horrible. It is not really by any stores and is just a little to secluded for me

Brookdale Monument Valley has been a really good experience so far, the staff are very friendly and communicative. We do not have any feedback on the meals and dining service as of right now, but the activities and everything we have seen with the activities is very positive. It is a well priced community and we would recommend them to other families.

This is a perfect fit for our families situation. I get a lot more due to the smaller nature of the community. I get updates all of the time about how my loved one is doing and I don't know if I could be any happier with this community. They have the best activity director ever she is awesome!! They have activities like poker and more and tailor things to match what the residents want to do for entertainment.
