Great place, not what we were looking for.

The staff are amazing at this community. I have worked with the sales manager a lot and he is just wonderful and explains everything. He went out of his way to help me with my loved one. We have gotten several emails of things that we can do to be involved in our loved ones lives. They are very open with communication and always willing to help out and this is excellent for us. My loved ones are very happy and well taken care of here. I have no doubt and this is a safe place. They have to buzz you in and out and also sign in and out, I feel really safe and that my parents are well taken care of and safe in this beautiful community.

When it came down to it we just went with another community that we felt met my loved ones needs better. The tour was excellent, there were awesome people running this place. I was looking for the level of the resident and what their level of care was in comparison to my loved one to make sure that she had someone around her also that was like her.

This is a really good community and they try very hard and they are responsive to my concerns once I tell them the concerns. They are a very responsive community with my loved one. Sometimes I do have to micro manage from time to time and they still getting used to my loved one during the transition period.

This is a great place. The staff are very friendly and seem competent. My loved one seems well cared for. The staff are very nice to work with. They are very prompt in answering any questions or concerns I may have about my loved one. Bingo, music, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in.

The tour went very well with Brookdale. I just felt the facility was a little more cold and not as personal as I was looking for. Just felt more institutional

The tour itself was good. I thought they were very informative. I thought the facility was okay, except the rooms were kind of a distance from the common areas, which would have been difficult for my loved one who wasn't able to walk well at that time.

Our family had an in person tour set up, but we were not able to go inside due to covid however the staff we met with still gave us a great experience.

we toured Brookdale Southfield and thought it was really good, they were our second choice. they offered living accommodations for both of my loved ones. we noticed that they had very little to no Covid screening process. they also only served 2 meals a day, which was only a minor setback for us. the staff were very friendly as well.

I am very happy with Brookdale East Arbor. The staff are always very eager to help and they are easy to work with. If you have any type of emergency situation they will help you out. The room sizes are very nice, my aunt has a large dog with her and she has plenty of room. The cook is awesome, I would give him more than a 5 if I could. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This is an older community and I didn't care for the memory care. The rooms were dark and had low ceilings.

My tour at Brookdale Tanque Verde was exceptional. The sales person, [name removed] was exceptional. I got the feeling that the staff has true knowledge of the residents. There were probably over 30 residents, and the staff knows who they are and where they are at any given time.

It has been a very positive experience. The facility is clean. The staff are all experienced in and geared toward memory care, and I find this very reassuring. The transition was very difficult, both for myself and my family as well as for the resident. But she has mad a very successful transition, which is still ongoing.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Lake Brazos but the facility was just a little older looking than we would have liked.

If anybody has any place to go this place is amazing.

Definitely recommend it. My mother is getting really good care.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was fine and the staff was fine but we did not really care for the layout of the apartments.
