Brookdale

We had a really good tour experience with Brookdale. It was high energy and the vibe we got from them was very positive. This would have been our first pick, but the travel time was too long for me to be able to go and visit often.

We are very happy with Brookdale Rosehill. We chose this facility because they did rehab with her and we just ended up keeping her here due to the care that they offer. It is all inclusive and has everything that she needs, they also offer skilled nursing. The apartments are very nice. Our experience with them has been good and I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We chose Brookdae Mirage Inn because of the atmosphere was light and bright and just felt extremely welcoming. The location of the facility is great as well as the cost. The appearance of the apartment was perfect, the one my dad has is big enough to not feel cramped and small enough to where it is easy to get around. He has a full sized kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. I would tell others to be very conscious of the invoices that are sent monthly, there is a little bit of confusion between corporate and local and adjustments do not happen in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend to others looking, there is no comparison in the area, especially the value for the money that you get here.

My loved one was not really into bigger communities. Also my loved one wanted to be in a different area.

Brookdale was very accommodating during an emergency situation and we found that to be very helpful and much appreciated. The facility has a very broad spectrum of residents and different care levels which is one reason we chose this community.

Brookdale Harbison is wonderful! It's a very warm and nurturing place with caring staff and lots of fun activities for the residents. Everybody finds their place there and seems to fit in. My dad loves it there. He now calls it home.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was fantastic, everyone that we met with was incredible nice. However they were not able to accept our loved one based on his behavior during the interview process which we came to understand completely.

I would highly recommend Brookdale Johnson City. This was the best fit for my loved one. The staff were kind and considerate of my loved one, and assisted in the transition of my loved one into the community.

Everyone is great over at The Hearth at Castle Gardens, we have absolutely no complaints. It is a very clean and homey atmosphere, it feels like a breath of fresh air. The staff are great with communication and always let us know what is going on. They are super involved, there is not a lot of turnover so it feels like family. Some of the staff have been here for years. We feel like they are very transparent and honest with us and they have nothing to hide. As far as financials go, we thought it was going to be too expensive but we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. If your money runs out they also have other resources. She has adjusted very well and we would absolutely recommend them to other families looking.

Brookdale Muirfield was awesome. We even got to meet their chef. Basically this was like the Cadillac of senior care. But it was much too expensive for us.

Our tour at Brookdale Sandy Springs was fine. They made everything look good. It just was not the environment that I was looking for for my mother.

We chose Brookdale Brighton because the location is very convenient to my home. My dad really liked the facility after our tour. It is a smaller facility, there are only about 40 residents, whereas some other facilities have over 100. The staff have all been great especially with all of the Covid stuff going on. We have had no complaints about them whatsoever and neither has my dad. The food is not bad, it is just not the type of food he usually eats. They give very large portions and he is not used to having that much. I did see in a flyer they recently handed out that they are going to shoot for more of a Mediterranean style menu. I would recommend them to other families who are looking.

During our loved ones stay the staff members were so friendly and showed genuine care to our loved one and were very accommodating. The two people running the place were wonderful and the residents were always kind.

Our tour with Brookdale Montrose was very impressive. The facility is beautiful and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The room sizes here were nice and pretty, they let you paint an accent wall.

Wonderful community.

I have lived at Brookdale Irvine for [dates removed] now. It has been the most satisfying residence for me. The caregivers have been caring for me like my family. In emergencies they have been with me in minutes. The servers in the dining room attend to my needs and wants often without being asked. Everyone has been courteous, kind, and helpful. I am really glad to be here.

Brookdale living makes me feel very comfortable. The facility is large but we have community relations for all. The food is beneficial and exceptionally delightful. Our servers are young people and that makes communication easy. It's also the right time for them to attend school and receive an education. Yes, I call Brookdale my home!

My wife and I have lived here for over two years. Based on upcoming other facilities in this area, Brookdale was superior to all others in our location. The Lord has been excellent, the staff friendly and competent. The social and exercise facilities are more than adequate. The facility is clean and neat. With the outreach of Covid-19 we really appreciate Brookdale's efforts to keep the residents safe from this virus. The entire country has suffered from the effects of the pandemic, but Brookdale has always put resident safety first. We have had few cases here unlike similar facilities.
