Brookdale

One of the main reasons we chose Brookdale University Park is because they offered therapy on site and had many contacts for other therapies that we may need. It was also the same floor that her room was on which made it easy for her to navigate. It was a positive experience and I would recommend them.

My tour at Brookdale Bartlesville North was good. A more peripheral relative of mine had a positive experience there previously. I have nothing bad to say about them. It's a great place. The people there were really friendly. I actually liked them better than the people at the community we chose. They just seemed more compatible to my personality. But it was up to my dad to choose.

We chose Brookdale Grand Prairie because of the convenient location, the ease of getting in there and they had a spot ready when we needed it. The apartment sizes are great, they have several different options to choose from. I would absolutely recommend them and we already have, mom has had 2 friends who have moved in from her recommendations.

They have an excellent chef at this community, the food is always prepared quite good. They also have the most fantastic activity directors there, not only do they keep them super busy during the weeks but also on the weekends. That is very impressive to us.

This was an excellent community the only thing was the add on cost put us beyond our budget and we were not able to go with this community.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. It is a very homey, safe place for a loved one. Some of the activities available include group exercise, and limited options for the residents to choose from.

They do very well with the care. We have been very impressed with the staff and their professionalism. Everybody there has a good attitude. They're very smiley and acceptable to people. That was one of the big things that we've liked here and have told other people about the community. As far as the food, there are things she likes and things she doesn't like. It just depends on the day. The activities seem to be adequate, and she enjoys them when she does participate. We just can't wait until all the lockdowns end and she can interact with more people.

This is a very nice and gorgeous community. They offered the same as a lot of the competitors but the price was higher. Also I found a community that was closer and made more sense for my loved one.

This community was newer and a little more expensive than what we were looking for for my loved one.

I would highly recommend the community to others for your loved one. My loved one is very picky when it comes to eating, and this is the only reason there is a 4 star rating. The activities coordinator makes this place with the seniors. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and caring towards the residents. The administrator even participates in some of the activities.

Brookdale Highlands is an excellent place. The location is convenient to family, and this was a bonus for us. Out of all the communities I looked at this was the brightest, with the largest refrigerator in the biggest rooms possible. I was impressed.

My mother has been at Brookdale Punta Gorda for several months. I visit her everyday, so I have a very good idea of how the place is managed and the type of care that she receives. All I can say is that the gals that take care of her are exceptional. They are very sweet and professional. The way they interact with her demonstrates that they really care about her well being. The nurses are fantastic as well. I have to give a shout out to the staff. [Names removed] and all of the other folks that take great care of her. The director, [name removed], is very personable and accommodating. Any maintenance request is quickly handled, thanks [name removed]!! Last but certainly not least, [name removed], their sales rep always inquires about mom and has been very helpful if I have any questions. I'm very grateful for the care that the Brookdale Punta Gorda team provides my mom. Thank you!!

The staff cares for the residents and treats them like they are family. Very comforting to know our loved one is being cared for. Very responsive when needing a question answered. Smaller homey community in a great location. They have kept all residents safe during this pandemic and they are all vaccinated. Thank you staff!

The facility in my opinion is fantastic. Each resident gets love and care in abundance. They focus on the individual. Each resident is treated with love and compassion and you can feel a great energy right when you walk in the door. The residents there are loved very much, and each staff member seems to go above and beyond to provide happiness, nutrition and fun activities. The food is really amazing there too!

Brookdale Cypress Lake has exceeded all my expectations. My [age removed] father is living here. The staff has been caring, responsive, compassionate, and skilled. From maintenance, dining room staff, housekeeping, medical aides, nurses, front desk personnel - they are absolutely wonderful. Friendly and caring. So glad we found Brookdale.

I am enjoying my time here. Every employee has been very nice and kind.

This community truly cares about every single one of their clients and their families! It is such a blessing o know that my mom is cared about and respected and that in addition I feel the same love and warmth. The staff is incredibly good at what they do! [Name removed] is especially fantastic.

The entire staff has been extremely kind and caring to my 100 year old mother. From what we see, they treat her with much love and respect. The facility is always decorated beautifully and the staff cares for each client. [Name removed] are always so helpful and keep us informed. All the caretakers are amazing. They make it a warm and happy place.
