Brookdale

I have been here at Brookdale Wilsonville for 3 years and 7 months and loved every minute. There are things I love (all activities I do) that are missing now but we are still treated like queens. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Covid please go away.

Caring staff. Management team is responsive and goes above and beyond. Facility is clean and food is great! I feel safe with my mom living here.

They are so nice and attentive and they know my mother by name and they are great. My loved one is always happy when I visit and her room is always clean I have never had any issues. The ladies at the desk are like little angels. The food looks really nice and they always know if my loved one has eaten or not and they keep an eye on her. They have so many activities and nice things for the residents to do.

My experience so far has been a 10 out of 10, everything about this place is great. I love it here, and they really do pamper me. The staff and residents are all so friendly.

We chose Brookdale Kenmore because the facility is a good size so that staff can know and interact with everyone. The rooms are spacious and bright, it is very clean and smells good, and the people are all warm friendly and responsive. Out of all the ones we looked at, it was by far the best. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

I'm very pleased with them. I've had no major issues, and if I have any concerns or things that I would like to have done for my loved one, I can go to them and they'll take care of it for me. They're very cooperative. I like that they're a smaller community than a lot of them, and they're very responsive to any needs we have. The facility itself is great. And within their memory care, there are different levels for residents at different stages. I've had no problems with the care.

They have a locked memory care unit. I was impressed with the community during the tour.

We had no idea what we were doing and [name removed] was incredibly helpful and sensitive to our ignorance. The staff knows what mom needs And steps in to help with no hesitation.

It's a very close-knit community that provides lots of personal attention. The staff are just excellent, and very helpful. Overall the facility is very well cared for and accessorized for the holidays. It's lovely. My loved one can be a picky eater, but she's thrilled with the food here.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale. It was a very nice place with friendly staff members. There were no negatives about the facility, there were just a couple of things we thought would not be the best fit for our loved one.

The value for cost at this community is very good compared to all the other communities we had looked at. We would recommend the Brookdale Littleton community to others.

The staff was marvelous. From the facilitator on down to the orderly's, everyone was so sweet and personable. They were also amazing with the residents. I would highly recommend Brookdale Gallatin to others families looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility itself is very nice, and the tour was good. However, we had worked with the Brookdale management team previously for my husband who passed away so it just brought up some memories and we were hesitant about choosing this community. Everyone we met with though was extremely friendly.

Compared to our other family members community, Brookdale Montrose is superior. This community feels much more homier, and very welcoming. The nurses there take such good care of the residents, they are all very involved and on top of it. Even on the memory care side, the apartments are really nice.

I would and have already recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cleanliness, staff, and friendliness all stand out to me. The staff has good follow through and are courtesy. The food is good, and it is of good quality.

Our family had a virtual tour and it was a good tour experience but it was really location that was the deciding factor and it was just to far away.

Brookdale was very helpful in navigating our search. Great staff and great care.

We chose Brookdale Chandler Ray Road because it was the only place that I walked into that really felt like home. There is not enough words that can describe the nursing staff. They are caring, attentive, and just overall fantastic. The director [name removed] is also amazing. Communication has been great, they contact us by email, text message, and phone call when necessary. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The staff members go above and beyond with their care services and attention to the residents. We have not experience the meals and dining service ourselves, but so far we have heard no complaint's about it.
