Brookdale

We like the care from this community. It has been an adjustment. The staff is caring and they do communite with me often. The menu is appealing and they have a good variety and nice desserts. I am happy knowing that he is active with the other residents. We have recommended this community for the care of a loved one.

The care at this community has been very nice. We like the staff and like knowing that the community is clean with a nice environment. The menu is appealing and they offer nice activities for the residents to stay active. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I really like this service for in home care for my mom. I like that they were able to find us, someone, to come to the home. The care taker does help with house keeping, cooking. and she is really helping my mom with being active. The care taken does arrive on time and she is always willing to adjust to the different times at the last minute. We have great communication with her. We like that the care taker feels like family. We would highly recommend this service to other families for great assistance for in home care for a loved one.

This is a great community for my mom's care. The community is clean and has a nice environment. I like that he is making friends and staying involved with the activities with the other residents. The community is a new community and I am glad to see that he is doing well here. I would recommend this care and the value of this community to other families for the good care and value.

This place is great I would highly recommend it to anyone that asks. Unfortunately, due to my wife's mental state, she was only there 2 weeks and due to her complaining, I felt it was better for me to take her home. It was nothing that the staff or the community did it was just that my wife would call me extremely upset that she had not received her medication, however, I know that the nurses would have given it to her but I would call the nursing station and have someone go in and calm her down and assure her she did get her medicine. The food was good again she would complain but that would be because of her altered state of mind. After my wife had been home for a day or so she completely changed her opinion and said that her stay here wasn't as bad as she thought it had been and if I had known that then I would have left her there.

So far everything is working out well for my mother with her move to this community. I'am comfortable with her move to this facility. She is safe, and in good hands. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. So far this community is working out well for our family.

Unfortunately my father in law has since passed away. However our experiences with this community was a pleasant one. We did feel he was safe, and in good hands. This is a wonderful community, and we were satisfied with everything they did for our family.

I am happy that I moved into a nice community for care. The staff are always attentive and I like that the community is clean. The menu is on the lighter side, but appealing. They have a lot of nice activities for the residents here. This is a nice community to call home and I would recommend that others look at taking a tour to see if this is what they are looking for.

I visited this community 4 times within 24 hours. The extra visits were because of needing other family members to see the community and also for our loved one to see where she would be living. [Removed] was very nice and listened to all of our requests or concerns. He worked with me and made himself available for each visit on a very short noticed. We meet the director and [Removed] one of the nurses, plus other staff. We were introduced to some residents. The place was very clean and looked nice on the inside. There are many activities for our loved one to participate in. The food is made fresh and not a reheated frozen product. There is a courtyard that mom can walk through or just sit in. This is a single level community and that was something that we were looking for. The residents that we meet seemed very happy and seemed to enjoy being there. if the status of our love one changes she does not need to be moved to another community. This was very important to us since she has been moved twice within the last year do to changes in her health care. This community meet our needs for our loved one which was very important to us.

The contact person was attentive,caring,and informative.She introduced various options in order to determine our current needs and future transitional possibilities. We are strongly considering respite care.The physical facility was clean,crisp,inviting, and uplifting. Guest parking was readily available.

I am doing fine and I like being a resident of the community. The meals have great options. The staff are great in all they do. They plan great activities for us and they do great at cleaning the community. My apartment is comfy but it is very expensive too.

I had a tour and I liked the experience. The lady I met was friendly and very informative. The apartment I was shown was looking too small for what my mom wanted. I do appreciate all A Place For Mom did for us.

Mom has only been there a couple of weeks, but they have called me to keep me informed if something happens, and when I visit they let me know what activities she has done, or they have her already doing something when I'm there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mom is in the memory care unit and the staff gets the residents, playing games, putting puzzles together, or just talking to them about their lives, likes, or dislikes. The place is clean and is in a pretty location. If I have any concerns on anything I feel comfortable talking to them about it and know my concerns will be addressed.

The Brookdale Highlands Ranch tour was wonderful. Very informative tour, the staff answered all of our questions. The community was beautifully maintained and clean. I'm sorry it did not fit our budget.

I love it here! It is very clean and very homelike. I feel like I'm in my own apartment. They helped me get all of my knick knacks put away on my bookshelves. There are numerous activities to participate in, my favorite is Bingo! They take us out to go shopping where I love to buy pies, and Target is nearby so that I can satisfy my chocolate cravings. There are lots of delicious food choices, Boston cream pie is my favorite dessert. The staff and caregivers are very helpful. I'm making friends and trying to learn all of their names. I feel very safe and secure, even though they have provided shower chairs inside the shower, there is always someone nearby to help you if needed. I would definitely recommend this community.

I really like living here at Brookdale Paddock Hills. I am very comfortable and have everything I need. I would highly recommend this community.

We feel we've made a good choice with where mom is staying, and the price is right!. It is a very well kept and clean community. Mom loves the food and I as well have experienced meals there. They provide well balanced standard comfort food. There are snacks, coffee, and juice available. Mom is involved with the many activities, plays, and concerts. There is a bus that takes them to Walmart and other shopping venues. Once a month a bus takes them to casinos. She is fitting in very nicely and making lots of friends. I would also like to give a big kudos to [Removed] the marketing director, he was very helpful and made the transition very smooth.

Provided the WOW affect. Staff was extremely professional, building was impressive both inside and out. [Removed] and [Removed] did an awesome job providing me with a tour and introduction to the team. I met several residents enjoying a stroll, witnessed residents playing a competative game of BINGO with the staff and laughing. Activities Director was very personable and I can see why she loves her job.

My sister-in-law's move to Brookdale Mansfield went very well and she is very happy there. The community and her room are both very well kept up and clean and the staff is all very nice and willing to help in any way they can. My questions and concerns are always addressed. My sister-in-law likes the food and we are able to follow her diet nicely. There are lots of activities and my sister-in-law likes joining in. There's bingo, exercise classes, field trips lots special events that the residents can join in as well. I would have no trouble recommending Brookdale Mansfield to friends and family.
