Brookdale

The staff are very friendly and like it very much the care. My mother-in-law thinks the community is great. She plays bingo often and she is not missing any meals. They have outings to take the residents shopping. She is thriving and looking her best. It is a wonderful experience for her.

I would recommend this community for a respite visit. We have been using their services for weeks at a time. My mother-in-law in not a permanent resident but she is happy with everything they offer. The staff have been helpful and plan good activities.

I am happy with the care that my mom is receiving from the great staff. I like that they allowed us to have a birthday celebration for her. The community is very clean and she does enjoy the activiites that are offered to her. We feel good knowing that she does the the good variety of healthy meals. We would recommend this community to other families for great care and value for a loved one.

Mom had a great respite stay at this community. The staff took great care of her and I felt comfortable with her staying here. This is a locked community and they keep it well maintained. The food is good and they do offer daily activities. We will be using this community again for a respite stay. I would recommend this community.

This is a great community for the living. The staff is attentive to make sure that things are always going well. The meals are offered and he seems to be pleased with everything and says the meals are healthy. They offer him to get involved with the activities that are offered. Very nice facility. Clean, friendly and home like feel. Spoke to residents who had good things to say. Management appears to pay attention to their concerns. Liked that they have different apartment styles and most have large windows with nice views. Beautiful outdoor area for residents. The facility is single story with large bright hallways. We had such a warm feeling when we entered and by the end of our visit, we couldn't see a reason to continue looking. We especially appreciated [Removed], the community sales mgr. Just a wealth of information and genuine commitment to the seniors that live here.

This facility is absolutely wonderful! It is very clean, and the staff take great care of my loved one! The food is also quite good. I have also found that he has been feeling more like himself again since he has started to participate in more activities from time to time. We are very pleased with this facility!

My sister is doing fine at this community. I like the way the community looks and I picked them because they accept Medicaid. The staff keep her up and going so she is not in bed all time. I am happy that they keep them active. It is a clean community with staff who are great at what they do.

The staff have all been amazing to my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The activity director has really taken the time to get to know her on a personal level and encourage her to get more involved in the different events. She has been doing all of the outings and is loving the bingo they have going. The overall staff is fantastic they are all constantly working with her and helping her improve everyday. I am thankful for them and would defiantly recommend this facility to anyone.

MY sister went to see this community. It was a quick visit because it was an independent place and it was very big. This was not a good match for my mom's needs.

I had a good experience touring and they were friendly. We had to wait but someone else showed us around. I liked that it was in my neighborhood but it was not a good fit. The dining room sat too many residents and I felt my mom who get intimidated trying to move around.

I can not say enough great things about this place and everything they have done for my mother. I am very comfortable with the care they have provided her and would highly recommend it to anyone. Every time I come by there is always a staff member engaged with her and making sure she is comfortable. She feels safe and looks content in her living environment and that is all I could ask for. Overall wonderful atmosphere.

My Dad has been at Brookdale for nearly 2 months now. We have found the staff to be cheerful and respectful. Dad is well taken care of. He has freedom to roam around and mingle with the other residents. You can tell that the staff are dedicated and care about the welfare of the people that live there and handle the difficulties that arise with grace and efficiency. The facilities are bright and cheerful. There is an outdoor area that is secure and is mostly open for the residents to roam about freely. The environment is one that is both secure but not overly controlled. When we visit, we feel welcome. My four-year-old, who has a lot of energy and doesn't have any real sense of boundaries, has been cheerfully received and is now known and greeted by most of the staff by name. This is a big deal for me and I have appreciated their generosity toward her. In general, the staff have gone out of their way to answer questions and solve problems that have arisen.
