Beautiful place, friendly staff. Has everything my mom needs to be comfortable and safe.

We toured this community for my mom's care. We liked the staff and that they were able to answer my questions of care for what is offered. The menu was nice and the lunch I had was very good. The dining area is beautiful. They do have activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of a loved one

This seemed very well run and very clean. Everyone was very helpful.

My mother loves it here in this community. She is doing very well since her move. I know she is receiving good care, and in good hands. They have a really good staff at this community, and she has bonded with them very well. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities for the residents. I'am satisfied with this community, and I would recommend it.

We toured this community and we liked the staff. The staff was nice and caring. The community did have an odor. The community had a nice menu and a lot of activities. The community was clean and maintained. We would recommend families to tour this community for the options for the care of a loved one.

My loved one is enjoying living at this community. The staff are helpful and friendly. She has not complained about the food and says she has plenty to eat. They do offer some daily activities and they keep the community clean.

The tour was nice but to me the facility seemed liked it was dark. I did not see a lot of natural light and it felt dismal. For the age group that was living there, I am sure they are use to the outdated look. We wanted to make sure we did not have any guilt, second thoughts or worries. The pricing was reasonable but overall we felt this was not the best fit.

Lovely exterior and interior. Friendly staff. [Removed] was very congenial and informative. Apartments are offered in 3 sizes. We viewed them all. My only hesitation has to do with my Mom's level of cognition and concerns it might be too large a facility.But it on my list. Location is great.

I like the care at this community, The staff are outstanding and caring. The menu is appealing and we like that she does like the nice variety of the meals. The community is clean and well maintained. The staff offer here a lot of activities that she would get involved with the other residents and the staff could maybe help get her involved. We would highly recommend this community for the excellent care and value for a friend of loved one.

I recently had to go through process of finding a memory care unit for my Dad.I feel very fortunate to have located Brookdale BG .We are tremendously impressed with the entire organization and would advise anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones to check out Brookdale.You will be glad you did!

Newer facility. Very clean and attractive. Residents engaged in activities. Rooms are spacious and updated and cheery. Staff very knowledgeable and engaging. Anyone needing assistance would do well at this facility. Chef/Menus are varied and choices are great.

We like this community for good care. The staff are nice and respectful. The menu is good and they have alot of healthy meals. The community is clean and a nice enviroment. The activities are very helpful for her to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families to consider for a loved one.

The place is nice but the staff is the best thing about this place. Everyone is super friendly and I appreciate seeing people who actually care about the residents and take the time out of their day to just chat and have a conversation with them rather then just doing their job, get paid, and leave. They go above and beyond and it really shows.

This is a really nice community, and my father is doing pretty well since his move here. They have a really nice staff at this community. I know he is safe, and in good hands. I do think they need more of a variety of activities for the residents to choose from. They provide well balanced meals. I would give this community all A's in everything. All the residents love living here. It is a great facility, and I would recommend it.

I am very happy with my choice for my Father. The staff is very friendly. The food is great and there is ALWAYS a party going on. My Father has really opened up and now he is exercising daily! I can not express enough gratitude for my new "family" at Brookdale North Austin.

The community is clean inside and out. This community is highly recommended for the care of a loved one.

A place for mom really came in when I had no where else to turn. They referred us to this great community, and my father is doing very well since his move. I know he is safe, and in good hands. The staff is great, and they are attentive, and helpful. They provide good meals, and there are activities offered for him when he is ready to participate. When I visit the community, and his room are nice, and well maintained. This community has worked out well for us, and I would recommend it.
