Brookdale

My mother loves it here! She is super happy to be at this Brookdale. She was a bit anxious before moving in but she has not had a bad day since then. She has mentioned that she likes the food and that it is portioned well. We had a meal there on her first day and I thought it was very good as well. I highly recommend this community!

Everything with mom's well being is going fine by the help of this community. I would recommend this place to someone in need. I see the staff are engaging with my mom and the residents while staying professional. The community is clean and they are making good meals for everyone. It was a better fit for the family and my mom, it is centrally located and convenient.

What I like the most about this Brookdale is the staff involvement. I feel that it goes deeper than just a sales job, the people there are so caring and they know all of the residents. When anyone walks down the hallway, even if they are not caregivers, they will go out of their way to make the residents comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful. My father has a balcony that looks out into the woods and he can see animals and go on walks. It is the perfect fit!

This community was recommended to me by my friend who has a relative here. It is wonderful because I didn't know such a place existed. I was told by my Advisor that they would call me the next day and that was good because we had to move fast. After assessing we moved her in and all has been very well for her. I can get to her in a short time because it is close to me. My mom is pleased with the staff. I have got acquainted with the staff so I can call and text them when looking in on her. It is such a relief knowing she is in a good community.

This is a nice community for my mother's care. The staff is nice and helpful to her needs. The community is clean and taken care of. The menu is good and appealing. They had activities that are offered for her and she does show an interest. She does like the small trips that are away from the community. We would recommend this community for the care and value of a loved one.

We toured this community for care for my husband. This was not what we wanted. This is in a city environment. The staff was nice. The menu was nice. They had nice activities for the residents that wanted to participate. We would recommend this community for other families.

The maintenance staff is wonderful here. They take care of everything I have asked including hanging pictures.

I have to say when we needed a place for mom, and we looked around Brookdale was the place we liked most right away. We could not asked for more caring and helpful people than we found there. Mom has just moved there and we are very hopeful she will get involved and enjoy it there. I couldn't be happier with the place and am excited that she is there.

Very nice facility. Didn't have ability to care for dementia or alzheimer patients (except for additional cost).

The first thing I observed when entering Brookdale Las Vegas was how bright, clean and openness, of the facility. The second, how everyone was courteous, helpful and kind. There is not only one person to go to for information they all are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will find it.

Never worry for a moment. My loved one is well cared for and loved by this team is professionals

They take amazing care of my mom. She is difficult and has some memory issues, yet try treat her with compassion and love. Encourage socialization and push her to be active. Best thing we did was moving mom in. I can't say enough good things about this team. They all roll up their sleves and make it happen for the residence. They make her what she wants for her meals and there has never be a "no" from anyone, even some of moms quirky requests. A++

We toured this nice community for my father's care. We liked this staff that was able to help with the questions for the care that is given. They had activities. The care would have been nice for my father. We would highly recommend this community for great care and the value for other families who want the best for a loved one

I liked this community. They were very nice and caring. They have tried everything to help us. He was allowed to have his pet with him while he was here. The staff made him very comfortable. We loved everything about this community. Very clean and a lot of interaction for him. We would highly recommend this community

My mother is doing very well since her move into the Brookdale. She is enjoying all of the activities that they have to offer. I would recommend them because so far the staff has been great and the place is very clean.

Brookdale Mandarin This is a nice community. And we did like the staff and the cleanliness of the communit.y This is a activitie comunity.with alot going on. The menu was nice and my father did enjoy the meal. We would recommend familes to this for the excellent care and value that is received for loved ones.

The Brookdale has been a very good place for my mother. It is much better than the place she was at before. I highly recommend them because they have good meals and a large variety of activities. Everyone is friendly and does their job, they don't run and hide like other packs.

The staff at this community is very attentive and very nice with my mom. Mom has gotten involved in the exercise and a few other things that they offer here. The food can use some work it is served cold sometimes and there is not enough flavor or variety. I must say though we are realyl pleased.

I am glad to know that my brother is happy at this community. He likes the staff who are attentive and very friendly. The meals are outstanding and he is happy with the variety. They have him involved with alot of nice activies that he is enjoying. We like knowing that the community is clean inside and out. We would recommend this community to other families for care and value for a loved one.
