Brookdale

I am really enjoying how the staff is taking care of my mother. It makes me very happy to know she is in a place that offers friendly attentive staff. The community offers a variety of activities that my mother is participating in and enjoying such as puzzles, cards and even field trips. The meals are good but could defiantly use some improvement. Overall the community is kept very clean and well maintained i am pleased with our decision to choose this one.

Brookdale was too later and not so secure.I was happy with the care from the staff. They were always so nice and caring and were able to answer all of my questions. This community is a little small. The food appeared to be good. They offered alot of activities . I would recommend this community if you want a smaller environment.

I am happy with the care that is given here. The rooms are clean and the grounds outside. The activities are nice. The food seems to appear good. This is a secure enviroment. I love the doctor that takes great care of my mom. I have recommended this community to other families for great care.

Was very impressed. This single level community was clean, friendly and had allot of staff on hand. Residents were out and about and having fun crafting. Stayed for lunch and food was very good. Liked they have 4 sized rooms and pet friendly. Sales manager and chef were awesome. Brookdale has a lot of programs designed for the benefit of their residences; and will make it happen for them. Loved that nursing is onsite. My best advice is look around and consider this community. It really is an ideal place for seniors.

The staff at the Brookdale Hattiesburg I was amazing. The friendliness and special attention given to each resident at this community made the decision to choose this place so much easier. The meals are all prepared very good with correct portions and very nutritious. The complex offers a range of activities and even asks the residents for their input on what new activities they would like to add! The cleanliness is very good overall but the maintenance could use some improvement with the cleaning of the bathrooms.

We recently moved my sister and bro-in-law into Brookdale, Conway. They have adjusted nicely here and all the staff is so nice. We checked with several places before moving them here and felt this was overall the best choice. So far we have not been disappointed. I have eaten several times with them and most have been excellent. I am so thankful for this place and their staff.

It's a wonderful community with over expected service at real value ! Could benefit from voluntary programs like faith initiative groups and NGOs visiting with meaningful activities, mainly artistic ... some dedicated or ear marked fund raiser for a piano and other volunteers... just reach out I'm sure they can be found even large companies have charity program ( not for cash , just stuff ) Musical instruments etc Aromatherapy (subtle) in common areas help for well being also . And get a vote from residents on piped in music ( Bach , Vivaldi, Beethoven) for dinner and outside strolls ... just some suggestions of proven wellbeing methods Excellence over all my brothe and I are very happy with our fathers arrangements!

The staff at this community is extremely friendly to my loved one, they have made sure she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. She has no complaints about the food they serve and really enjoys the activities they offer throughout the week as well as the company of the other residents.

First I have to thank A Place For Mom for recommending Brookdale Broken Arrow to me. I was impressed from the moment I walked in during my search. Clean, friendly, and competent was my first impression. I chose the facility as a respite site for my wife and I am happy I did.

The staff at this community were very nice. They had alot of good activties. The food seems to be good and the variety was nice. They did answer questions. They did not have a refrigator so that items could be left if they did not want to attend breakfast with others. I would recommend it to other families.

We toured this community. It was small and not what we were looking for. The staff was nice and did answer our questions. They had nice activities to those who wanted to join in. Nice but did not fit the needs. Highly recommend to other families.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here.It is very clean. She is happy with the staff and getting great care here. The food is very good and she is getting good therapy from the staff. Alot of great activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend this community for other families. There are times when a few extra charges need to be discussed. But over all wonderful community.

My parents really like it here, and so far everything has worked out very well. This is a lovely community, everybody has been very kind and helpful. The community looks great, they do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. They have a nice floor plan. There a plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. My parents have started to try a few. They are very pleased with the meals. I couldn't any more pleased with all they have done for us. I would highly recommend this community.

This is a nice community for a my father. He is happy and enjoys the care from the staff members here. The community is very clean and taken care of. They do offer activities for everyone. I would recommend this community for good care.

My mother resided in this community for some time and the care that she received was exceptional. I really liked that the staff communicated well with the family in regards to updates about my mother. They offered healthy meals and made sure the community was kept cleaned and organized.

My mother is getting used to the community, but overall everything has been going great. The community is kept clean and very well organized. Meals that my mother has had have been tasty and nutritious. I would recommend this place to friends and family. My mother is in a very safe place.
