Brookdale

My older sister was transferred from another home. Her hair was dirty and a mess. The caretaker at Brookdale Echelon Lake cleaned her hair and fixed it into a plaited braid down the back. Made such a difference and my family Was thrilled at the care. My sister looks so much better My sister has been there for about a week and loves it. She has made some friends and is eating. She did Not like food in the other home and would not eat. They wanted to Operate and put a feeding tube in her. I refused. She Is hungry and eating at Brookdale. They like to know what A resident likes to eat. Thank you to everyone who works at Brookdale Echelon Lake for their caring and treating all with dignity. Can't wait to hear how my sister likes the weekly outings. I know she will love them.

The community is super beautiful and clean. The staff was great about answering all of my questions that I had. I did not get to look into the activities that they offer, but all the residents were all doing something. There was a lot of energy in this place. I would recommend them.

The process of choosing an independent living community is daunting. [Removed] at Brookdale Charlotte East actually made the process go a lot more smoothly. My husband & I had two conferences with him before we brought my Mother to visit. Ty made her feel right at home. The entire staff has been very helpful and concerned about how my Mother is doing. They call her by her first name even though she has only been there for about 3 weeks. The activities that the community has are great. The apartment is just the right size and has everything that Mom could want. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale Charlotte East to anyone that asks.

We liked this Brookdale property because it has one floor (no stairs) and is fairly small. It also offers a room share option that helps w/cost control. It's kind of like a 2 double bed hotel room! They share the restroom and each has their own closet for clothes. Our stay was not long (only 4 months) and Mom gets to move back to her home with a room mate to keep her company and help with household chores. If or when her ADL's become difficult for her and she needs that hands-on care of assisted living, we will likely have her move back to the Brookdale North Mesa property. Of course, that is, if they have room! The neighborhood looks pretty nice around there and it seems like things people need are close by so the location is appealing.

The staff was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. They offer a variety of activities that my loved one can participate in. My loved one feels safe at this community. They offer a good variety of meals. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

Placed my in laws at Brookdale Pinecastle very pleased and very happy with the facility

My mother in law is doing ok at Brookdale. She says the people are nice, the place is clean and the food is good. I tried the food and I think it is good as well. The staff are very kind and understand the different stages of Dementia. They offer a variety of activities and outings including visiting the aquarium.

So far it is going well for my aunt here. We are very happy with everything. The food that is made and activities that are provided are good for my aunt. She loves it at this community and I would recommend them.

My mom is getting excellent care here. The food here is great and the staff is extremely helpful. A clean community and alot of activities are available to keep active. Highly recommend to other families for good care.

We also loved this facility though not the best location for us from Renton. Jennifer was the most loving, caring, personable representative to be acquainted with from Brookdale. If Brookdale was closer to Renton, there was no doubt we would have picked Brookdale and Jennifer.

I was very impressed with this facility . The over all experience has been easy and pleasant . They are accommodating in every way . My mom will be moving in in a week , I am hoping she loves her new home .

This facility is very family friendly. The management team is always willing to help with any issue that arising and will call you back if you have a problem. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My father and i really enjoyed the tour that we took of the community. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very attentive she spent a lot of time with my father and i. We really liked the activities that were offered as well as the meal plans. Everything was up-kept and clean. I would recommend a tour of this place to friends and family.

Brookdale Pinnacle is amazing. The staff are wonderful and they made dad's transition very smooth. The food looks really good. They replaced the carpet and painted his room before he moved in. They keep his room and the community very clean. I would recommend this community. They offer a variety of activities.

I could not ask for a better place to take care of my 89 year old mother.Everyone we have spoken and dealt with has been wonderful.The care is exceptional.Everyone has quickly become part of our extended family.I rest easy each night knowing mom is in a loving place and so well cared for.This place is the tops!

It has been a lovely experience for my mother here at this community. The community looks great, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They staff has been very helpful and responsive. They have a full calendar of activities available for the residents. She hasn't complained about the food. She does feel safe here, and I know she is in good hands. I would recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us.
