Brookdale

My mother is doing better now here at this community, but there was a bit of an adjustment period for her. It has been a good experience for us so far. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything appears to be well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've seen the menu's and they have a nice selection of food. I know she being cared for well, she in good hands. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

There are a lot of activities for the residents to enjoy. The staff are great and very helpful. They are working with him as he has special dietary needs. The community has a nice layout and is kept clean. I would recommend this community.

Very nice facility. Before Brookdale took it over, I had heard it wasn't too nice. However, millions of dollars invested in the property can certainly change that. It's lovely, and the food is excellent. The service in the dining rooms can be a little slow, but retired people are rarely in that big of a hurry. My parents are very happy and comfortable there. My mom swims daily to keep her joints flexible, and the apartment is very large, for an assisted living facility. Walk-in closets, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They really did a lot to help with settling in, also. Again, very pleased.

The tour guide was very smart and communicated very well with me. The price of the community was a little high but the services offered are good. They have many special features such as their meal plans, activities, and beautician services available. I felt i received a good tour they showed me all around the community rooms, and dinning room everything looked clean and organized.

This is a very nice community for my mom. The staff is making sure that she is always taken care of. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. They offer a good variety of meals. Activities are offered to those who want to stay active. I would recommend this for great care for loved ones.

The marketing director will price you different then the nurses that will evaluate your liove one .make sure you get all the pricing from the nurses evaluation first, so you can know the true price of the stay.only complaint I have.

The staff is friendly and helpful with all of your needs. The facilities are clean and there is always something to do for my grandmother. She is so happy that she made the decision to move there. She loves the activities, the outings, and the interaction with the other residences. She loves the variety of the food items during meals.

My dad was there for just a month and he was starting to adjust to his new home. Everybody was awesome and we got to know the residents, they even did a memorial service for my dad. The care was excellent and worked with my dad with Physical Therapy. It went good because he was able to use his walker again. Overall, we had a good experience and we would recommend them to anyone. They went over and beyond.

My dear mother, Helen [Removed] lived at The Gables, Monrovia for the last 10 years of her life so I was really familiar with the community, now Brookdale Monrovia. We moved our 99 year old cousin, Norma [Removed], there just 2 weeks ago and my husband, Lee, and I are so well pleased. Norma loves the cooking, the staff and the lovely residents. Keep up the good work!

I liked the visit to this community. It is a very nice looking place. The interaction with everyone was pleasant. The community was clean and it appeared to be an active place. My husband was given an assessment at the hospital and they told us based on the level of care, they would not be a good fit. I appreciated their honesty.

My husband is doing well. The staff accommodate my husband and they have been making him feel comfortable. The meals are very good, I have shared a meal and I thought it was good too. All the staff are wonderful and I would recommend them.

The staff at Brookdale Madison West have been fantastic! The occupational therapy and the physical therapy are wonderful. Mom has made substantial physical progress. It is a very attractive facility. The community is very highly kept and well maintained. In visiting other communities this is the only place where I would actually eat the food. The food is appetizing and mom enjoys it. I would recommend to a friend 100% to take a tour and assess if this is the right community for their loved one.

Things are going really well at Brookdale. The staff are really awesome. There is good communication with them. The food is good and they offer a variety of healthy choices. They have daily activities including karaoke every afternoon. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

I would recommend the Brookdale Champions to family and friends. They have been providing exceptional care for my mother. Everything is kept clean and organized. Some activities are offered as well as healthy meals for the residents. My mother is still adjusting a little but things so far have been great.

Our experience with Brookdale Kingsley has been a very positive one, overall! The staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, and they've really made my parents feel welcome. The facility is clean and well kept, and my parents really seem to enjoy it here. My one complaint would be that I really think the carpet in their apartment should have been replaced instead of just cleaned before they moved in, but otherwise things have been great.
