Brookdale

I found everything about Brookdale Club Hill excellent! From the time we stepped into the community [Removed] the Sales Counselor was amazing....his patience and hard-work made us all comfortable and at home, Especially our loved one. The grounds and facility were very well maintained and beautiful. You can tell by the current improvements being made to the pond and installation of new fountains that the property takes pride in the landscaping and maintenance with foresight. The interior is gorgeous , the food wonderful, and the numerous activities offered would accommodate all tastes. We found that the personal attention paid by Cody to our loved ones "present and near future" needs and his ability to make her feel comfortable, was exceptional and well beyond our expectations... (she actually looked forward to the move!)

The only issue my mom has is with the meals. She says its not the best quality, her beef and noodles had a greasy taste. Otherwise, we are happy with the care and she is doing okay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, we have no issues. The facility is clean and they keep her room clean too. They have activities available for the residents.

I really like that my mother has friends in the community this is keeping her engaged in activities. The meals are of great portion and good taste there are no complaints. Her room is always kept clean and organized the staff does a good job. I would recommend the community the staff is nice and they keep my loved one safe.

I took a quick tour of the community. The tour guide was both knowledgeable and nice. The guide was able to answer all of my questions. They explained the amenities and activities that are offered to the residents. While i took my tour i did see that the community was clean and the staff were nice.

I would recommend this community because I am happy with the care. They keep up and clean the community well. My parents are eating wonderful meals and they are starting to join in the activities they offer.

My tour of Brookdale Alexandria was very positive. They offered us a complimentary meal during our tour. We also got to go home with a delicious home baked pie by one of their chefs. The people in the community were extremely nice and it was also very clean. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were receiving a great tour and that everyone was being nice.

I really liked Brookdale Urbana when my mom and i both took a tour of it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The girl that gave us a tour was very informative and spent a good time with us. We were offered a complimentary meal, the food was good. My mother wanted a first floor and unfortunately they only had second floor rooms available.

Nice appearance outside and inside. Nice open area upon entering. It was bright and cheerful, clean, no odors. The staff and residents were dressed well. Saw residents interacting with each other and staff. There are lots of activities. Bingo was going on when I was there, attended by maybe a dozen people. It is set up as small communities with their own sitting areas, dining (but also a large dining area too), access to outside court yards. The one thing that impressed me is that all residents wear a call button in case they need assistance. This is important because frequent falls is an issue. The person I interviewed with was very helpful and seemed truly interested. There was interaction between staff and residents and knowing names. Religious services are important. There is a Protestant Clergy that comes every Sunday and Bible study is Friday . I didn't get to really see the outside areas. Overall I feel it is a good facility.

We are very happy living here. Everyone has been friendly.The food is great and there are many activities to attend.

Due to the lack of family in Illinois my mother has moved to Durham. She is now 5 mins. From family but the family we have found at Brookdale of Durham is wonderful. Mom is 100 years old and knowing there are people who care about her gives me peace of mind.

we like this place. Would like to take Dad there to visit to see how he likes it.

It has been awesome since day 1 and I can't say enough good things. My mom has a nice room, it is spacious with double windows. She is happy, on a schedule, and loves playing bingo. She has won many stuffed animals prizes. The food is great and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff are awesome and Nick is phenomenal. He gave us all the time in the world.

Everything has gone great so far with Brookdale Colonial Park. The administrator made the transition go very smoothly. The building is older but the overall community is well kept. The staff are friendly and have been pleasant to work with. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy.

The tour I had was good. The tour guide was on time and seemed to knowledgeable about the community. During my tour I was not offered a complimentary meal or snack to see what the residents eat.

I'am very pleased with our experience so far with this community. It is a beautiful community, everything looks great. We have a beautiful two bedroom villa. This community really makes you feel like you at home. We are very excited about our move to this community. The staff is great, and really make you feel like family.

The person that took us on our tour new the names of each of the residents we passed and also new some small thing about them. It was a great atmosphere and everyone we saw was smiling. The building is beautiful and looks brand new. I cannot wait to move in.

This is an excellent community. We had a great experience here, everybody was lovely. They have an excellent staff here, they were very caring and informative. They even told me my mother needed more care than they were able to provide. The community has a positive upbeat atmosphere. It is a nice and clean community, everything looks great. There are many activities offered for the residents. I was very impressed with everything they did for us. I would highly recommend it.

We're extremely pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Maltsberger! The staff here is friendly and helpful, and they've always been great about getting right back to us when we call. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take good care of the people who live here.

Brookdale Club Hills grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. They offer private balcony's on the units and they are remodeling them as they become available. The staff are very friendly and have been very helpful with my mothers transition. They offer a variety of great food for her to choose from.

The Brookdale Spring Shadows is a beautiful community. It is very well kept and updated throughout. It was very clean when we visited. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns.
