It's a great place. She likes it very much. She really likes the food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very nice to her there.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was just a little too fancy for Mom, it just wasn't a good fit for her. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I'd definitely recommend at least touring!

Brookdale Lake Tavares is this facility's new name as I noticed it is listed as Grand Court. I moved my Dad into this community about a month and half ago. I noticed from the first visit how friendly and caring the staff is. In addition residents were laughing. They seemed so happy as they were enjoying the sunshine. My Dad did not want to move into a senior living facility. The sales and marketing person made sure that my Dad ate lunch with some other gentleman who live here. This helped a lot. My Dad loves to talk about WWII and they have a Veterans Club that he enjoys with other Veterans. The Chef prepares food that my father enjoys! I would definately recommend this facility.

All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but Brookdale was our second choice and this is somewhere I would recommend to people looking for care in the area.

The Centre of New England facility is a warm, caring and clean environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My father says the food is "wonderful," and our family agrees. We are pleased with our selection of Brookdale.

My mom has had excellent care. Everyone is so helpful and patient with her as she adjusts to being in a new setting. There are numerous activities for her to choose to participate in, lots of worship opportunities, and meal choices are great.

One of the things we just found out about that we really like is a program to encourage participation in activities. It's called "Busy Bee Bucks". Participants are awarded BBB for activities and they can spend them in a "shopping mall" at Brookdale North Mesa. The residents can use their BBB to purchase toiletries, snacks, books, etc. This program encourages residents to stay active and interact with fellow residents. I like it!

I have found the facilities clean and orderly. The staff friendly, helpful, and polite. The leadership well organized and in control. I am very happy to have my mother living with this organization. I will recommend this home to anyone that inquires.

After touring a few other assisted living homes in the southeast valley we chose to move my husband's parents from California to Brookdale Baywood. From the first visit to Brookdale Baywood we knew it was right fit for our family. What made our decision so easy wasn't the beautiful remodel of the facility but the people that work there! The director, Teri, is compassionate, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to our situation. Her staff is just as kind. If you spend any amount of time there you'll notice that the residents and staff really do enjoy each other and the place feels like a home. Our parents have been living there now for almost a month and are loving it. This is saying a lot coming from a couple that were reluctant to the idea of assisted living not so long ago. We are so grateful to have found Brookdale Baywood. Couldn't have hoped for a better place for our parents.

My mom really liked the facility as it made her feel most connected to her current community, Ms. Arnold was most gracious and really got to know my mother. She was patient, compassionate, and informative. I liked the tour of the dementia unit and felt that my mom would florish there if needed

We like it. She is back to her normal self again. We have seen a big change, she feels like she has a little more independence. They do what they can to make them comfortable. If she can't sleep and wants to go down the hall and sit in the TV room she can, or if she is tired she can sleep. She loves their food! They got a new chef, and they asked what she likes, and they accommodate that. It's strictly Alzheimer's and Dementia. They do accept medicaid eventually, down the road. They even give you a label gun so you can mark all your stuff when you come in. And they give each new resident a set of towels or sheets, or robe or slippers, or some thing they could use as a welcome gift. It's a fairly small facility, and they have about a five to one ratio, and they are so friendly, and well trained.

I like the overall feeling you receive when you walk in the facility and when you're there. The staff is very, very friendly! They go out of their way when you're there to help you.

We visited this community, and from what I could see it seemed like a very nice place! It was clean and well kept, and all of the staff I spoke with seemed friendly and caring. We ended up choosing a location more convenient for our family, but Brookdale is definitely worth a look!

Brookdale Falling Creek's staff has made a traumatic life event in our family and an especially huge transition for my mom, smooth and supported beyond our expectations. My mother has adjusted extremely well as she makes friends, hugs staff and makes daily plans, all in a beautiful environment. Her health and well-being are monitored and she loves the meals and activities. We are grateful to all the staff of this facility.

He was and still is mentally up to every challenge . His 94 year old body had been through a lot in the last 5 months and as a result needed a healthy, secure and stimulating environment to enjoy his life. Brookdale at Jones Valley fills every need he has and we want for him. A Place for Mom provided contact and their quick action took the task of "the search" and eventual placement for us, his family, and gave all of us peace. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a quality and caring place for a family member. Needless to say he is continuing to heal and is enjoying his assisted living arrangement at Brookdale.
