They really helped us through a difficult time. Very caring, professional staff. Mom seems to be doing very well!

They do not really have anything that can be improved. As far as the positive, we are always greeted with a smile and I hear respectful tones throughout the staff. I am really happy with the place and I feel that they go above and beyond. They treat the residents with dignity and are unobtrusive.

This was my first experience in trying to locate a facility for my father in law. I was so fortunate to find Trish from a place for mom. She was so very helpful. She gave me multiple listings of senior living and was very impressed with Brookdale Hillsborough Nj. All I have to say is thank you, thank you

My mom has been at Horizon Bay Lake Orienta for about four months and she is very happy living there, likes the food and the staff. We feel she is in a safe place, with professional and friendly staff. If she misses a meal, the staff check on her. She can get medical services and physical therapy services on site and there is a wonderful beauty salon on site also. They keep the place clean and there are a lot of activities residents can participate in. My mother loves to go on the scenic drives! We would recommend it to our friends for their loved ones.

My mom does not participate in any activities so that would be hard for me to rate. I like the most that it is a small facility. They have 1 floor and 1 level. It was recently updated.

I live 2 states away. Other people that have went to visit her says they are doing wonderful with her. Arizona State Protective Services was called out and came to visit her came to speak with her. She told them they are taking very good care of her.

The activities seems interesting, I can't really say because my husband is always sleep. They could improve on speaking with the family . I don't know what medications he's taking and if he is taking them at all. When I try to speak with the nurse she is either gone to lunch, break or gone for the day.

My mom spent some respite time at Brookdale Destin, and it was a wonderful experience for us. We got a break and Mom had a chance to see some new faces. Brookdale Destin was very clean and well decorated. Mom was given a lovely two bedroom apartment with a screened in patio for her stay. It was all anyone could want. The staff was very friendly, and we felt very fortunate to have a place to leave Mom where we felt secure that she would be well taken care of. There are many activities to keep residents busy, if they so choose. We highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

On our initial tour over a year ago we were very impressed with all aspects of the memory care services and facilities. On a recent 5 day respite stay our initial impressions were confirmed first hand. We were impressed with the facility, care services, and staff. After the initial tour we also toured several other Memory Care Communities and placed Brookdale at Nacogdoches as our first choice should we need to put Suzanne in a Memory Care Community. We are working very hard to continue to care for her at home to the very end, but we always know Brookdale is there for us should we need it.

I would have to say that all of the staff members working at Brookdale Parkplace are complete and consistent with their care. Everyone who is there is extremely friendly both to my loved one and the family.

I have been here about two months and so far I like everything. The people are really nice and they are good to the residents here. The food Is really good too, which is an added plus. Great staff and facility.

My mother complains about the food although it is more nutritional for her. My mom does not want the staff doing certain things when they come to her room to clean up. By the time she gathers things that she does not want the to do it is time for them to go. I'm not happy with it not because of them but because of her. They are currently doing renovations on the outside.

She has dementia so we really don't know much about the activities they offer. The facility is nice and clean and well kept. The staff is friendly. We have no complaints. Overall we like the facility.

I know I speak for anyone reading this message. This was the most stressful weeks of my life having to convince my mom not to be alone. Mason at Brookdale at Skyline was an awesome part of a smooth transition for my mom. Living out of state as been rough, but I feel 1000% better knowing she is being looked after in a active community scenario. Great Work!

The experience for Mom was great. The personnel was awesome and all services and facilities were top notch!

The food is delicious, the people are wonderful, the place is very clean. My mom has been here for about six weeks and one thing that she loves is that they take her grocery shopping and put her food up for here. She's happy, so I'm happy.

We are very happy with Brookdale and have no complaints so far.

We placed our Mom there last month, and we could not be more pleased than we are with the caring, professional staff and the beautiful facility itself. We visited many other places for Mom but none compared to Brookdale Florence. The place is well run.

All o the staff members at the Brookdale University Park facility have really tried hard and have made my loved one feel like it is his home. So far I am very pleased with the place and so is my loved one.

I thought it was just a wonderful place. I thought that the staff was wonderful, however I think that they may be a little understaffed, especially on the night shift. Also it is a pretty expensive place.
