(Value Not Rated) We haven't really had any issues with this community. Everything seems to get going great. The reason we chose them is because it made the most sense financially. They really offer the best value for the services they are offering.

This is currently our top choice of facilities. My sister likes the memory care option alongside the assisted living, and the facility is courteous, residents seem very happy. Only the floor plans are very small, which is why we are still looking.

After looking at a few other communities Emeritus really had a completely different feel to it. It felt more like family, everybody knows everybody. The staff and residents are all courteous. The atmosphere they provide is just really good. The security you feel when you walk in the community is great.

Sterling House of Stuart is very clean and very nice and was the best fit for dad. It was not the cheapest but they have a different way of pricing than other places, care services are a la carte. They reassess residents every three months so the charges usually change, however, sometimes when they add new services they will delete others. They also give you a max price that they won't go over, so you know what the maximum charge could be. I was warned some other a la carte facilities can surprise you with extra costs, but here at Sterling house it is exactly what they tell you to expect. I looked at all the other facilities in the Stuart area, I liked that it is not a large assisted living facility. A lot of other places tried to sell up their activities and upgrades, but my dad is not fancy and this seemed like the best fit for him.

The Emeritus is a wonderful community. Our loved one is still adjusting and it has been a little difficult but we are sure once they are adjusted the community will be the right place. The staff is friendly and has lots of patience. They have been very helpful during the adjustment period. Overall it is just a wonderful community.

Great location, safe, clean, inviting, lots of activities! Had a really great energy about it. I enjoyed my visit there. Residents seemed happy, involved and at home. Offers physical therapy as well as all other services I need for T. Have option to move T to attached memory care unit should need arise.

Took a tour of this one. Dad loved this one. Accepts dogs. Within price range. Have a 1 bedroom and studio on the first floor. Dad is not ready to commit to moving into this one yet.

This is a very clean, friendly community that meets the needs of my dad. Pets reside there and pets can visit. This is a fine senior community.

Visited on 7/11. Extremely well managed, clean and organized facility. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming environment with many amenities. Met with Diane R, very informative with extensive community involvement and outreach programs. Like the 8:1 resident to staff ratio. Pet friendly is a big plus. Expect to visit again with potential resident this weekend or next week.

Lodge at Paulin Creek is a fantastic community that is very clean and very well maintained. The only issue I would have is that they either do not clean the resident’s rooms or do not clean them often even if the resident is no longer there. It is a great community and we are happy our loved one is here. They offer lots of activities and seem to have a pretty good variety. When we chose this community prices were a factor and we feel they provided the best value. The community is a secure community which was exactly what we were looking for. The community is decorated pretty modern and it really nice. Our loved one loves the food and if he is happy then so are we. We would highly recommend this community to anyone.

The Emeritus is a great community. I was extremely impressed by them and just everyone there. The have a lot of activities and they do not all take place on the property. They actually take the residents off of the property for some activities, they recently took them to the very first lighthouse built in California and had a picnic there. The staff and the residents try to find out information about new residents so that they can make them feel welcomed. We are saddened that my mom will not be able to stay here because she needs a higher level of care. I would highly recommend Emeritus to anyone.

The nursing staff did a great job caring for my dad, the nurse was very attentive when he became sick. The first time we came to Homewood Residence the place sold itself, we met Angie who was competent and did an extremely good job of explaining everything. My parents are adapting very well, which is good. Mom is an extremely picky eater and she really likes the food, she is even gaining weight. She has been really impressed with the church services and activities Homewood Residence offers and has met a number of other ladies there. The only negative, if there is one, would be the size of the apartment, if it was a few feet longer and wider they could have fit some more furniture.

This community is very close to me so I can get there in a short time to visit my husband. The staff is what really made the difference. They are very friendly and helpful. They do allow pets and thought about taking a cat for my husband but not sure if he would be able to care for it. The food is really good and it is served to you at the table, they provide two choices and when you decide they bring it to you. Every time I visit I feel very welcomed. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I have spoken with 4 different and have been very impressed with their caring attitude toward residents and their families. I like the layout of the building and the fact that they are very oriented toward dementia and Altzheimers patients. Clare Bridge is #1 on my list. I plan to return for another visit to observe residents involved in activities.

I'm sure it is a lovely community, but I spoke to someone there and they are more of an independent living solution. My father needs a lot more care than that.

Very nice place, just don't do medicaid penning.

We chose Clare Bridge because they were able to offer the appropriate level of care we needed for our loved one. We were at a different location and they just couldn’t provide what we needed. They offer more staff on duty during the night and weekend then other communities could offer. Our loved one is a fall risk especially when the community is at minimal staff. Clare Bridge really helped make us feel like they could provide that staff. We are very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

Bright, airy, immaculate facilities run by very capable people who want to be there. This is located in a very beautiful area.

We chose Clare Bridge because everyone on the staff from the laundry staff to the Head Chief Diane is just really friendly, helpful and accommodating. We visited 4 other properties and this was the best value. The staff takes really good care of him he use to be lost and now I know he feels good and is adjusting very well. They do a lot of activities like sing along, dancing and baking events to name a few. One of the staff members actually sent me a picture of him dancing and just having a good time, which made me happy. It’s been a great experience its just like being at home. Once a month they also have a celebration dinner where you invite your family and friends, last one we went to they had a beautiful salmon dinner. We are very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
