My father has been a resident at Galloway for about 8 months. We visited many other facilities in making our decision and it came down to the employees at Galloway. Our family believes that is that more critical aspect in selecting a community for a loved one.. Overall, the team has been caring and we have enjoyed being part of the Galloway family. They are constantly striving to Improve and promptly address any concerns our family have brought to the staff's attention.

Galloway creates a warm, patient centered and individualized care environment. They have delivered on their promise to care for my dad like he is part of their family. They are attentive and responsive to my dad’s changing needs. We are so grateful for the care he receives at Galloway!

We toured many facilities as a possible home for our loved one with Alzheimer's Disease. We are happy we chose Galloway Senior Living. We all feel it is an extension of our family. The staff is very caring. The best thing there is the laughter. So much to be happy about in this unlikely environment.

The team at Galloway Senior Living is committed to supporting seniors and veterans. As a veteran myself, I know firsthand the challenges veterans face. During my tour, I found Galloway to be a very peaceful, welcoming community. The staff were very attentive, and I could see that the residents were happy. I’m considering Galloway for my future needs.

I recently toured Galloway Senior Living as I’m exploring options for my grandmother and I was thoroughly impressed. The tour was comprehensive, highlighting the beautiful and well-maintained living spaces, common areas, and range of activities. What stood out most to me was how happy and engaged the residents seemed to be. I also appreciated how the team took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. It’s clear that Galloway Senior Living is a community where residents are valued and supported. This is definitely a place I’d feel comfortable entrusting with my grandmother's care

My mother-in-law moved in to Galloway Assisted living [date removed]. She loved being there for 10 months and loved the food. I visited her quite often and began volunteering with Bingo. I also volunteered helping with crafts along with group outings to restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. It was and still is fun for me to hang out with the residences . They all are a wonderful loving group of people.

I recently toured Galloway Senior living in Wadsworth, IL and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities is brand new, with a beautiful modern design. It has such a welcoming atmosphere. There are several different room types to choose from and they are all spacious. They have variety of activities for residents. The meals that I saw that were provided looked delicious and well-made. 3 meals are served daily!! It appears that the staff and management is also very accommodating to All of its residents. They treat them like family of their own. Prices are reasonable. This will be the place that we choose when my Mom is ready . Galloway is the best facility in the Lake County area that meets all our needs.

Novel Place Overland Park a beautiful place that my mother loves. It's a great value compared to other independent living facilities and I so appreciate having Interim Health Care on site.

. It is fairly new and the decor is lovely and the people are very friendly. I felt at home right away. We do a lot of activities in the community and are always welcome.

My husband and I were going to move his aunt and uncle back to Illinois from Florida. My husband's uncle had already spoken to Ciel in Long Grove and wanted us to go tour the facility. We knew we wanted to move them to this facility the moment we walked in the front door, and our feelings were confirmed when we met with the Sales Counselor, the Executive Director, and eventually the Director of Resident Care. We had many, many roadblocks in trying to get our aunt and uncle here, and these women were with us every step of the way, going above and beyond. Unfortunately our aunt and uncle both passed away-one month apart-before we could bring them back home to Illinois. The respect and compassion with which we were treated during this time is unsurpassed. We were never treated as "clients", but always as "family". I cannot say enough good things about this facility, and I would definitely recommend Ciel of Long Grove to anyone who may be looking for an assisted living facility.

What we like the most about Novel Place is the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the community. Prices are going up due to inflation, but we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Meals - it is hard to feed that many people at once. Occasionally, Mom says the food may be cold or tough but over all it is good. Overall experience - The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They can usually help you solve any issue. The building is less than 10 years so it is in great shape. It is a little expensive, but the billing is a simple one price every month. Overall, we are very happy with our choice.

Assisted Living allows cats, Memory Care does not. Staff is very friendly, management as well. They genuinely care about residents. Food is acceptable, rooms are nice. Staff turnover is to be expected but I have been pleasantly surprised - they hire very nice, knowledgeable people.

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and support my mother has received at Ciel. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that this community is dedicated to creating a nurturing and vibrant environment for its residents. The staff at Ciel truly go above and beyond. They are not only skilled and professional but also genuinely compassionate. Each member of the team—from the caregivers to the administrative staff—approaches their role with kindness and dedication. It's evident that they truly care about the well-being and happiness of each resident. I would like to give a shout out to [name remove] , the executive director who always goes above and beyond with getting back to us on questions or things we need. I also want to recognise [name removed], care giver. She is always right there to provide care quickly and [name removed]is also always right there when we need her. I would recomend this community based on staff, value and community overall.

My parents enjoy this community and had made several friends. The building is always clean and the food is good. So grateful they chose Novel Place Blue Springs for this chapter of their life. Also glad that if the need arises we have the option to use Interim Healthcare for extra care like bathing and medication set up by a licensed nurse.

The staff is so friendly and inviting every time I visit. The community is very clean and always smells good. I love all the amenities Ciel has for their residents, that you don't need to go any where else unless you want to. I have tried the food and it's amazing! The Nurses and Caregivers are amazing too and are very attentive to the residents and their needs.

Friendly, caring community. Excellent management team. Great facilities and culinary is great!

Friendliness of staff is a 6! Very happy w/ the activities provided just wish more residents would get involved more with game. Residents are very friendly! Chef does a great job with food options and presentation of food.
