Long Grove is a beautiful, clean community that has amazing, caring team members. If you are looking for senior living, this is the community for your loved one. The food is out of this world, the programming is excellent and the care team is thoughtful and loving to the residents.

My move has been marvelous. So many staff go the extra mile. The friendships I've made feels like a new family here. Enjoy more than I expected. My dog is so happy too.

I really like the family ambience. There are numerous activities, and the food is delicious!

Overall staff should receive 10! Like NP because we can be busy with activities from morning to night. Feels like being at home a Novel Place.

Such a perfect location, and an attractive modern building throughout, from the time you step into the lobby to the excellent travel photos on the walls along the hallways. Many pleasant places in the building are perfect for reading, conversation, or relaxing, including an inviting library and a TV room with a huge screen. Within walking distance to Chic-fil-a, Whataburger, Andy's ice cream, Texas Roadhouse, and Lowe's. Ideal places closeby to create your own daily walking routes.

My husband & I want to thank you for the wonderful tour of Novel Place. We are impressed. Novel Place seems to be a perfect "new home" for us.

I would recommend it to anyone. I think I've said it it's a good place.

Our collective family is very pleased with Azpira. All of the staff are kind and supportive. They are working through some staffing issues (like every place out there) and so they do have a few scheduling issues (like apartment garbage collection & medication administration) that could be a little more personalized but definitely within reason. Our mom is still adjusting, and that’s not going as perfectly as we hoped, but it’s more of her personal journey than her environment. We definitely recommend Azpira.

Our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever needed. Maintenance staff has turned over recently. They have been timely and helpful when needed. The facility is kept very clean and everything is extremely organized for the residents. It's a happy place to be!

An excellent place for retired folks simply because we gather every day, you can meet friends, play games, and have a nice meal periodically. The folks that work here are terrific. They are courteous and helpful. They even have a service where they clean your room every other week. Which is very helpful for a lot of folks. It’s location is very convenient, there are quite of few things in the general area.

The staff have been amazingly flexible and helpful. The meals and the activities are good. I would recommend this facility to others!

I have lived here 3 months. I find that all the staff is friendly and helpful. There’s many activities to participate in, if you want, and they’re open to any activities that you would like to see added. I enjoy the fellowship with the other residents. The facility is beautiful and reasonably priced.

The minute my daughter and I walked in the lobby we were impressed. Everything was outstanding. My apartment is everything I wanted. The kitchen area has plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom shower is spacious. The closet has plenty of room. The people working here are very helpful. There are lots of activities to do.

The caretakers were always nearby. My mom did NOT have a fall while she lived there which I thought would probably happen. They kept her clean and groomed.

My dad has lived at Novel Place for 7 months and it is still astonishing as to the quality of living that Novel Place provides. I could not wish for a better place for my dad to be. I believe the quality of living spaces, the genuineness of the staff, the social opportunities and the amazing meals are unmatched. I think my dad looks like he is a few years younger after being a resident at Novel Place.

I was so blessed the day I walked into Novel Place, while looking for a new home for my mom. This place is the best! It’s a beautiful facility, all of the staff are kind, friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend Novel Place to my friends and family!

To all the staff - Thank you for all the hard work in making the Oktoberfest event so wonderful! The food was so good and the entertainment so delightful! You all do such a good work to keep us happy at Novel Place! Kudos!

We toured Galloway Senior Living during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was great! It was a brand new facility and it was beautiful! Unfortunately, they could not accommodate our time frame.
