My mother has been a resident at Brandywine Fenwick for 2.5 years. During this period she has received outstanding personal and professional care. AL living is a significant transition and hard for all involved, and nothing is ever perfect. However the leadership and caregivers at Brandywine work together as a well coordinated team, and provide exceptional support to both the resident and the family. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the quality of nursing support is outstanding, and the day-to-day operations are both creative and engaging. I am particularly grateful for the individual care managers and nursing staff who work hard to coordinate and support my mothers unique needs. Brandywine’s ability to transition her care Internally as her clinical needs have changed, is a particular benefit of this facility and is reflective of the strong clinical leadership in its nursing director. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for a progressive, supportive and caring assisted living environment give Brandywine Fenwick Island a look. I feel confident that my Mom is in good hands.

Brandywine Living @ Middlebrook Crossing is not only a beautiful residence, but everyone who works there is friendly, caring and sincere. There are many emotions that arise when it is time to place our loved ones in a facility. Of course we want the best care for them. I hope my review can lessen the stress you may be feeling about knowing whether or not you are making the right decision. Your loved one will be well taken care of -- there are many daily activities they can participate in if they choose to do so. And if they are like my mother and prefers to stay in their room -- the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The facility recently went through a full renovation and it is even more beautiful with additional means of entertainment. The dining area is very pleasant and cheerful and the food is excellent. They do a great job with housekeeping and laundry and disseminating medicines. There are several events that the families are invited to during the year, and we feel like we are part of an extended family. I feel the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel comfortable. And the communication is excellent. As we all have gone through a challenging time during this pandemic, I have to commend the Director and staff for doing an exceptional job keeping the residents safe. It was no easy task and stressful on everyone, but they were on top of things.

The care providers have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of all the residents . They have done a fantastic job and I could not be more proud of the care of my mother is receiving during this pandemic.

My father has been a resident at Reflections for 2 and a half yrs. He has declined somewhat over time and the staff is always meeting the new challenges and helping us (his family) along the way. The nurses are very attentive and understanding and all the aides have shown to be truly caring individuals who take pride in their work. Everything is always very clean and neat and there are plenty of different things for the residents to do. Once a month there is something planned for the families and it is always a nice time spent with the residents. My sister and I have not been able to visit since mid March, so the staff send photos and videos. The hairdresser has not been in so one of the staff took the time to cut my father's hair. They helped him send me a Mother's day card, which was sweet. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the residents comfortable and safe and to keep the families feeling confident that we chose the right facility! We are very grateful.

Could not have made a better choice for my mother. The staff were incredible, friendly, efficient, and always there with a kind word. She always felt welcome no matter what time we visited - it truly was like her family home.

Brandywine Voorhees is like a hotel. The food is amazing, the staff are always going above and beyond, the building is kept clean, and even more importantly the residents are HAPPY. My mom has lived here for a year and our family could not be happier with her care, the nurses and aides treat her like their own mom. She is busy all day, playing cards, flower arranging, and watching movies in their theater. She even gets her hair done in their salon and goes to happy hour! This was the best choice for my mom who deserves the best.

This is to acknowledge and thank you for the wonderful way you have handled this situation that has attacked our Country. It is due to your very swift actions that the Brandywine in Mahwah has been kept a safe place for my Aunt. You and all your staff should be commended for the hard work and dedication you have shown. This National, Worldwide crisis has shown the true character of many, and yours shines brightly. You can't imagine how important and appreciated you all are during this time! We are lucky and blessed to have you all caring for my Mom. Hang in there! Stay safe and healthy!

Brandywine treats everyone like family. They are all so kind in meeting everyone's individual needs. All residents are treated with dignity and respect and anything we requested for our loved one was always done. I can't say enough about the staff at Brandywine and how they made a very difficult time for our family into an easier transition through their guidance during the whole process. They are truly the BEST!

[Name removed] is a wonderful face for Spring Meadows. Our whole experience has been remarkable. My Dad is a retired teacher and he researches everything and he loved Spring Meadows. My dad moved into Independent Living first, when my mom went into the hospital. The staff visited my mom while she was in rehab. She moved in two months later after rehab, she is Assisted Living. They share an apartment. Housekeeping comes in daily and is kind of a well being check and they weekly change the sheets and towels. I has been great. You really get what you pay for here.

My Aunt is very happy there. She was not happy leaving home but now is very happy and safe at the Hearth of Southbury

My mom lives at Brandywine now. And I can't say enough about it! This is the most pleasant and friendliest staff I have ever known. And the food is awesome! It's clean and it even smells fresh!! The staff is very attentive accommodating and they strive for the best!

I visited this community and not only is it beautiful but the staff was very warm and nice. Highly recommend!

My parents have been living at Brandywine, Melville for 3-1/2 years. My dad is now 95 and my mom is 93. Brandywine offers them everything they need - a beautiful apartment, wonderful activities. and an impeccably clean environment Above all, the staff is SUPERB - specifically [name removed] and [name removed]. My parents just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. [Names removed] went above and beyond to create the most special celebration. They arranged the private dining room that was beautifully. decorated with 70th Anniversary banners, gorgeous flowers and a spectacular cake. What was most touching was the very touching and heartfelt toast Tara gave in my parents honor. My parents were so happy and so very touched. In these golden years, the only thing children want for the two most important people in their lives is for them to be happy and comfortable and well-cared for. Under [name removed]'s and [name removed]'s very watchful and most sensitive eye, I am so happy to say my parents get all of that!!!

Fantastic amenities with a very accommodating staff. Really enjoyed my visit and love the proximity to the hospital and shopping.

What a great community! With wonderful staff. Residents are happy and enjoying all the wonderful amenities. Atmosphere is warm and loving.

My dear friend [name removed] spent the last year of his life at Brandywine and talking with him regularly I could see how happy he was. His only regret was not to move sooner to Brandywine when he toured new friends and most important for him he enjoyed the food. Visiting this facility 3 times a week got me to appreciate the place and the staff.

Brandywine has been a blessing for me and my siblings. Mom and dad were doing fine living alone, or so we thought. When we realized mom was losing weight and dad looked overwhelmed we did our research and found Brandywine. It was not an easy task convincing mom and dad to even tour the different communities. We arrived at Brandywine Voorhees at 3, just in time for happy hour in the pub. Dad finally smiled and said, "We have been touring all day, this is the first place that feels alive!" My siblings and I are so happy that we found Brandywine Voorhees and I know my parents are too.
