From entering the facility I was greeted with a warm and respectful welcome. The entire event was well organized and one of the best events I've attended in the high desert. The team, staff, and management were fantastic. 5 star even and team!

[Name Removed] and [Name Removed] were absolutely amazing in helping with the paperwork and my aunt's transition into Valley View Memory Care. They were professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make this a seamless transition.

It is a great facility. The staff members are all very friendly, especially the administrative staff. The room sizes here are very nice and the second day she was here, they called me and asked if they could give her a pedicure, nails done, a facial, and her hair done. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose Aegis at Shadowridge because they were the most helpful and willing to work with us in a bad situation, they really stepped up. I was not able to go in during covid so they were very good with communication and sending us updates. I would highly recommend them.

Sunlit Gardens came highly recommend to us. The staff members are very friendly, they are very responsive when we were concerned about the food, the chef called us personally asking what he could do for her. The nurse here that handles most of the care, she is incredible and she is always willing to take calls and anytime we do not connect she is great at calling back. She handles all of the little details and I cannot say enough about her. Their responsiveness and care is amazing. My mother in law is adjusting well she is very happy to be here. They have different levels of care and they pay close attention to what the best situation will be for your loved one. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home for their parent.

We like the size of the Sunlit Gardens community, it is not to big. We like the staff members, they are very caring and take great care of our loved one. We also like how clean the community is, that has been very good.

We chose Sierra Vista because they had good ratings from others, it was s smaller more intimate setting, and it just seemed like it was going to be the best fit. Staff is really truly caring, they really cared for my dad and the other residents that were here. They were just very kind and committed to do whatever their job was and doing it well. I would highly recommend.
