They were amazing!

Visiting this community 2 times a week for the last 6.5 years I've grown to know these caregivers, staff, and administration now personally and I love the way these people care for their resident often like family. They make their environment fun and positive, their's endless energy and professionalism. Recommend this facility to many families.

They have taken such great care of our loved one, and taught us many different ways to handle our loved ones health. The personale there could not be more nicer and they are genuine and follow through. We feel so safe in knowing that our loved one is at those beautiful gardens with the other residents and staff members. During covid their jobs have been made so difficult, but they have handle these conditions magnificently. It was a miracle to have found this place for our loved one. They really have done all they can to make these residents feel so loved.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this community to others and I already have, The community is quaint and lovely.

We chose Cadence at Poway Gardens because of the size, it was a smaller community and had a great staff to patient ratio. It did not feel institutional at all, very home like and accommodating and welcoming. It really felt like a family. They have very devoted, long-term staff members who work here as well which makes all the difference. It all felt very comfortable and a place that would be an easy transition for my father. I cannot say enough about the staff members, the last year of my fathers life were during covid and they found many ways to work with families to keep communication between loved ones and residents. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

My ratings are prior to the pandemic. We selected the community because of the cost. We were pleasantly surprise with all that came with it. The community is wonderful and we have recommended them to others for their loved ones.

It is the best facility in Riverside. We looked at so many places, and this was one of the first places we visited. We liked the cleanliness, the staff members, and this place is the closest the residents will get to individual apartment living.

Tour was very helpful, answered the questions I had. Good protections for Covid Virus.

I love the community here! Sierra Vista provides our meals and they are pretty good. This is a huge thing for me to have them prepare and deliver the meals. They also have a dining room. The staff is very friendly, and easy going. They are accommodating for the residents with any requests.

Our experience with The Lakes was good, it was one of the best places we had looked at. The did offer some activities for the people to participate in, and the amenities were well maintained. The nursing staff was good and the care services were excellent.

We have been very pleased with the care our mother has received at Cresendo. They have met all her needs and she is content. We have been especially impressed with the admin and staff at Cresendo during these COVID times. Communication has been very good every step of the way.

When I called the facility Maria, was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to explain all the information and answered all the questions I had in a professional and kind manner.

[Name removed] and the team are the best, I can tell the way they take care of their facility to be kept up to date with maintenance and cleanliness, they care even more about their patients. I definitely recommend Sierra Vista for assisted living.

The entire staff work tirelessly to care for the residents. I've personally witnessed the staff purchasing clothing, shoes and treats for the residents. It gives me joy to see such compassion bestowed upon our residents.

They had a calendar of activities, and they had outings for the people that were able to go out to the casino or Walmart. It look good and smelled good. They posted the menus for all the meals, and you can pick one or another, or go a la carte.
