This is a nice community and it seems very homey. I like that fact that it seems comfortable when you walk in and that the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything. They have activities like work out classes, passing around balloons, live entertainment singers and sing a longs with videos for the residents to watch and participate in. They also have a snack time in the afternoon and more for the residents to do to stay busy. My loved one is very happy here.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because my loved one had friends who were already here and enjoying their experience and so she felt more comfortable moving here. The communication has been great with everyone which is important especially during the times right now with covid. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

This is a great community. They are attentive and friendly and it is worth the cost. I have only dealt with memory care and not the other side but even the other staff in the other part of the community are great.

I was pleased with this community. This community just did not have the services that my loved one needed at the time to get the best care. Great tour.

[Name removed] gave me and my loved one an informative tour. He was personable, thorough, and welcoming. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. In addition there were numerous amenities such as the gardens, theater, gym, and cuisine.

[name removed] was wonderful. He was so welcoming and very knowledgeable of all things. Nice community, people living there seemed happy. Everyone loved our guide, [name removed] during the tour! We will move my Uncle in.

The community was welcoming and felt like home. I was touring with my 78 year old aunt and she felt comfortable right away. Happy to say were making the decision to move her into Pacifica.

This was a nice community it was just not the right vibe for our loved one. We had seen another community and it just caught our attention and overpowered our decision.

Pacifica Living has been outstanding Through The decision process of selecting a new home for our mom. [name removed] has been the best on every level and made us all feel Pacifica was the right place. [name removed] with [name removed] all the staff has been incredibly helpful and caring! Thank you doesn't begin to describe our feelings.

I entertained there and all of the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. And the residents were wonderful. I can't wait to entertain there again!

We absolutely love Pacifica Senior Living, I want to move into here myself. The ratio for staff to residents is 1:3 which is great for the type of care that my mom needs. The cleanliness is great, food is wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about them.

This community is fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had a loved one in the assisted living side, and when the time came to move to the memory care side, the Crescendo staff was simply amazing. Our loved one flourished under their care and lived out their final years under their caring watch. The staff are the best and their compassion is unmatched. Food was always good. Activities appropriate. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Best place in Orange County - and i know because we looked before making the placement decision.

We chose The Lakes at Banning because they were recommended to us and it was the only 5 star facility on the list. We went and toured and she really liked it as did we. It is a good value for the money compared to where she was at before. She has a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor and it is about 570 square feet and some apartments have balconies. The staff members are very helpful and she loves the food that is served, the meals are all chef prepared. We would highly recommend to others looking.
