We really felt that everyone at Pacifica really took time to understand what my dad was feeling and was able to respond with great wisdom and kindness to even his most difficult moods. The amount of warmth and love that you all show to the residents is clear to everyone who has been there visiting a loved one. You are all very special people and the memory of your sweet and gentle love for my dad will always remain in my heart.

The staff is friendly and patient. They are heplful and keep us aware of concerns or problems.

I am truly Blessed to have my mom at Valley Crest. They take great care of her and makes me feel like I am part of their family. I live in Arkansas and it is hard being so far away. Staff at Pacifica has been doing an amazing job helping residents be safe during this Covid-19 pandemic.

I work with the Pacifica staff on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. They make my job so enjoyable and easy with their great communication and care of my hospice patients. I am happy to refer families here.

The appearance looks like a 4 Seasons hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. One staff member that was extremely important in getting my loved one from Temple Park Conn. to this facility was [name removed] she really went above and beyond her job description. If I may make a suggestion. Being a first-timer to having a person in Senior Living, I was surprised to find all of the things we were to supply. A list of items needed would be very helpful. Thank you.

I found Crescendo Sr. Living to be a very caring community. My mom was a very difficult person and fought leaving her own home until age 93. One of the few conversations I had with my mom when she was cognizant was one where she said she felt she was in the best place she could be given her situation. She said everyone was very nice and it was clean there but lacked decor. [Name removed], the director, was on top of everything and right before my mom passed I noticed there was new furniture in the media room to accommodate the residents and it looked very nice. My mom's room was kept clean and her bed was clean and made up for her. My brother dropped in all different hours of the day and I dropped in after work on on weekends and we always noticed how caring the staff was and willing to do anything we needed for our mom's comfort. I had searched for a couple of years knowing the time my mom would need more care was imminent and I feel that Crescendo is very reasonable for the cost of the room and the care they provided. The people in their care seemed to enjoy the food and there was a salon as well for nails and hair needs for the residents. I was impressed with this facility and would highly recommend. We were very warmly welcomed, arriving to the small of fresh baked cookies! I felt the staff really listened to our concerns and needs and responded well with options for living and care that are surprisingly affordable. The property has been very nicely updated and feels fresh and clean. The variety of comfortable gathering spaces was impressive and we love the idea of being able to reserve them for family parties. The smaller community has a very familiar feeling and we can see why residents love living there!

Our mother enjoys all the crafts and activities. We feel she has improved in her social interaction due to the friendly and encouraging attitude of the staff, especially in the social activities with [name removed]. Thank you all for your loving care!
