I am saddened that my brother's condition requires skilled nursing, and that is the only reason he is leaving. With that said, Valley Crest and all of the staff made my brother and I feel like family. The administrative staff were spectacular and always had time and consideration for our family. Best experience for me.

Residents seem very at ease and relaxed in this community. The staff are very friendly an accommodating. They have the resident's best interest in mind.

The nurse at Pacifica Senior Living Oxnard has treated my mom very well. She is caring and friendly, helping my mom with her earing aids and listening to my moms concerns and whenever she has any.

Everyone who works there - from the cleaning crew to med techs are wonderfully supportive. They seem to truly care about the residents. I feel truly lucky that my mother stayed there until the end.

[Name removed] is a big part of my daily life here at Pacifica Senior Living Oxnard. She cleans my room, washes my clothes, and also folds my clothes. She is always a good person to talk to, always wanting to help me. [Name removed] is a hard worker and asset to Pacifica Senior Living, my room is great I love it.

My father in law has been at the gardens for 2 months. He has been very well taken care of there. They have been working hard with us and his doctors to get him on a good regimen of medications due to behavioral issues. We appreciate their love and care for him!

The Poker game was instructing and entertaining. All of the entertainment is fun. Very enjoyable.

Love to play all the games, especially when you win!!

Crescendo Memory Care is a great place. A good value price wise and the staff does an excellent job caring for the residents, all of whom have difficulties. Seeing the staff very patiently dealing with other residents gives me confidence my mom gets the same loving care.

Fantastic! This is the 3rd facility my parents have living in, with that being said this by far has the best caring, loving staff. [Name removed] the director is so involved and extremely caring. She has an incredible staff which is proof you are only as good as your manager.

I couldn't ask for more for my dad. A facility is only as good as the staff is. Caring, loving, and considerate is how I have found ea of the caregivers, med techs, servers, etc, I truly love it here. [Name removed] is a SUPERB director. The family functions, social activities, etc are excellent!!!

All is great and it is local with the family
