Presentation was very detailed and the representative was very knowledgeable. Lots of options within the community and they were very engaging. Beautiful facility, programs for memory care. An excellent choice for our loved one. [Removed] provided us with a plethora of information and showed a great deal of concern for her residents.

This new community is great and we were very impressed with the Executive Director, [Removed], who has a great background to be in a position of oversight.

We toured this new community recently. I loved the layout of the facility. The grounds are well organized and provide a good open environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a modern, beautiful facility for your loved one, with a very professional staff, this place deserves a good look.

I love Pacifica. The staff here is wonderful and attentive to our needs. [Removed], the director, always keeps me informed. The facility itself is beautiful. I especially love the vegetable garden on the property. All in all I completely recommend Pacifica for you loved ones.

I toured the community for my mother who is planning to move to a new assisted living facility. I could not be more impressed. [Removed]made us feel at home and I know my mother will feel the same. The absolutely best customer service and a beautiful facility.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and concerns. She went over everything for me. This was a 2 story building and the memory care was on the second floor. I didn't like that he had no access to the garden area. It was a big facility and to many turns to get where you are going. I think my husband would be overwhelmed here. I recommend families tour this place before choosing.

This is a good place I have a small studio apartment here. I eat 3x a day and the meals are nutritious and well balanced, the portions are almost to much. The caregivers are great and they do a lot for me they are wonderful. They come in and clean 1x a week and do my laundry every other day. The housekeeping is great and the halls are big and clean. I enjoy the daily activities like bingo and the exercise classes. And I love the daily word. I would recommend this community.

I'm so impressed with the planning of the community. It has all the necessary comforts for a senior to enjoy life while having the daily living "chores" taken care of by compassionate staff! Great place!

My mom lives at this community and the care has been excellent. The staff really take the time to make sure her needs are consistently met. 5 stars!!

I chose this community because they take excellent care of my dad and my mom used to be here too. The Lakes at Banning is always clean they are attentive and keep everything well maintained. Staff members are always happy, cheerful and helpful. My dad joins in all the activities such as games, exercises and take rides through the hills and countryside. The food is wonderful I would highly recommend this community. This is the Cadillac of assisted living!

Meridian Gardens provides its residents with a service of community and freedom that I have not seen at other memory care communities. Whenever I visit, I see residents interacting with each other in the television room, doing crafts or puzzles in the dining room, relaxing in the central courtyard or just sitting in the chairs surrounding the courtyard. Meridian Gardens provides independence to their residents while keeping them safe.

This community is very special. The team here truly care about the residents and the programs are truly engaging.

My father-in-law had front lobe Dementia, which can be extra challenging at times. The Meridian Garden family took such great care of my father-in-law. They gave my husband and I the best gift possible... good memories. Good memories of my father-in-law smiling & enjoying time with his son, my husband. Priceless.

This facility is not only clean but it is very homely and very friendly as well.

We toured this community and it was clean,nice looking and everything seemed great here. My mom just din't get a good feeling there the residents were just older than her and she thought she might not make friends or fit in around there. It was a little further from me was another factor. Overall a nice place but just not for mom.
