I have worked for hospice for 18 years and have serviced Valley Crest for 16 years and I have always enjoyed visiting my patients and the staff. The environment is clean and orderly and safe. The staff are compassionate and caring towards everyone. I sometimes refer my patients who need memory care services because Valley Crest is a great place to get that kind of care.

She loves it at Valley Crest Memory Care. We feel she is getting very good care there. They are very welcoming to our family when we come to visit. We always come at random times and the staff is always constant with their positive attitudes and the care they provide for the residents. Our loved one is always clean and dry. They are very easy to communicate with any questions or concerns we may have. We haven't eaten there yet, but we did bring in her birthday cake to share with everyone. It was very enjoyable. It has a family feel to this community in a home environment setting. She enjoys socializing and is surrounded by her own peers where she gets a sense of community, choices, and fun. I would recommend this community to others.

We are happy with the care from this community. The staff are caring. We feel that the menu needs to be improved and offer bigger meals that are on the warm side. They do offer activiites with the residents, but not at this time. We like the community and would suggest that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

We absolutely loved Sierra Vista Independent and Assisted The place was clean and well maintained. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. We just felt that it was just too large for my mother. Otherwise, this would have been a good fit for my mother.

My dad has been getting very good care and our experience has been great. Although he is not participating much in the activities, there are plenty for him choose when he is ready. He likes the food they make. It is nice to see the residents leave their room to the outside. It has a nice courtyard that is nice and secured. It is not a hallway they go into. I think it is where senior should be at.

Mom had a good respite stay at this community. The staff were friendly and great with communication. They let us know we could call as often as needed. She liked the daily activities. This community is for memory care only and I felt she was safe staying here. We liked that this community is very clean and I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

Sunshine Care is the most unique community to service Memory Care. They can manage the needs of their residents on every level so they can age in place. The care staff and management is outstanding!!! Sunshine Care is privately owned so everyone knows exactly who your loved one is, and what is going on with their care. You will never have to cold call a toll free number and give 5 minutes of background to get your question answered. Everyone from the Care Manager, Nurse and even the Executive Director [removed] is directly accessible. Once you tour and compare the market, Sunshine Care is the only answer to ensure your loved one is cared for as if they were the staff’s own family member

My husband spent only one week at Meridian Gardens before he passed but the careing and concern were wonderful?. The whole staff will always have a special place in my heart. They were so kind to me and my family. The grounds are lovely and staff is wonderful.

They've been wonderful! My husband seems to be much stronger. The reason we chose Sunshine is they have a lot of staff. They are so good with everybody and they all work together as a team. I've even seen the manager help a person eat.They are so good to my husband. Everyone I've talked to says the same thing about the staff.

The facilities at this community are very good. The staff is very understanding. and caring to her needs. The meals are nutitious and a good variety to choose. The activities are very inclusive, and there are small trips away from the community. We would recommend the excellent care that is available her for the great afforadable value for loved ones.
