Placed my Mother in Memory Care at The New Palace Gardens in [Removed]. Every time I go to visit my Mother the facility is clean and smells great. My Mother is always clean and well taken care of. They have a large selection of activities for residents to take part in and staff is very friendly. My Mother is taking part in activities where when she was at home she wouldn't do anything. She has a big smile on her face when I see her in activities. So far very impressed with the facility and staff.

My father was exceptionally cared for at the New Palace Gardens. The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and quick to respond to needs, and the management is extremely helpful. The staff and management will bend over backwards to help with any need, great or small. This is a place where you can feel comforted putting a loved one.

i am absolutely THRILLED with the Palace Gardens!! Very classy, beautifully appointed ...remeniscent of being on a cruise ship ( without the waves) The people are loving. The food is exquisite. The facility is immaculate There is live music at Happy Hour every day. The activities are varied and plentiful. The grounds with swimming pool and putting green are both BEAUTIFUL and SAFE for the elderly , adding to an already festive environment . I am GRATEFUL to have found such a place for Mom!

Need to ask about waiting list and 2-3 year window. Find out about financing. The staff has been great to mom. They are great in there touch to detail. They also keep everything clean and neat. They really go out of there way to make sure that the residents are comfortable. We like that they have happy hour for the residents. The food has been phenomenal. They offer more than any other place we have been to. We just wish that there weren't so many clicks in the community it makes it hard for mom to be able to fit in.

You could not ask for a better place to put your love ones.

I mean who can or would possibly complain about this place? It's like staying at the four seasons hotel. Warm and rich atmosphere. great food. amenities. It's like being on a dream vacation. Amazing.

My sister came out of a bad situation and moved into The Palace and her life changed. She is healthier and enjoys new friends and staff. Thanks to the entire staff at 'The Palace'.

Very happy with facility everything is excellent from the care to the food is really. Feel very comfortable and piece of mind overall with the level of care and support. Everything is going great. She likes the food. She loves the swimming pool and physical therapy. I really have no complaints at all, at this point. So far it's going very well, and I would rate them highly.

Experienced both Royal and Renaissance. We are greatful to everyone at the Palace. Management is readily available, staff always friendly. Care, events, are the best.

They have two facilities, one a bit more expensive than the other. We used the lesser expensive of the two. They provided us with all the information we needed, the facility is in good shape (not great, but I believe they are opening a new one next year).

The Palace at Coral Gables is a wonderful place for seniors to live. My mom was very much against living in any kind of senior community until she had lunch during a visit about a year ago. Within days of the visit she called me and said that she wanted to move to The Palace (never mind that she had JUST moved to a new apartment a couple of months prior)! But we were so happy about her decision that we happily moved her again. My brothers and sisters all live far away from Miami so from a practical perspective, it gives us peace of mind that she is surrounded by more friends than she ever has been and we know that people look out for one another. The nice thing is, the staff know the residents like family but always treat them as guests. If you go visit you will see that the facility is gorgeous and there are always activities and outings planned. But just as important, Miracle Mile is one block over and everything you could want is within walking distance. I find that going shopping or taking a walk are common unplanned activities that the residents do together. The staff at The Palace are wonderful. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they are great about going above and beyond to help me (or my mom) out. You should check it out and I'm sure that any senior would be happy there.

My father will be 90 this year. I am convinced that he would not have seen this birthday without the gentle caring and love he receives by ALL of the staff. As with many, he put up quite the fight about moving in, but very shortly he verbalized that he shouldn't have waited so long and how everyone at The Palace made him feel so welcomed and special.

My Mom has been at the Palace Royale in Kendall for 3 years. The staff is very caring, the administration responsive and my Mom enjoys the food. I love the "Family" days and events where we can all be with her at "her place"! My Mom is 99!

Since our parents are on the single assisted living floor, I can comment best about this. Many of the 3rd Floor Assisted Living residents were moved there at the insistence of their children, and our parents are no exception. There are few places on this planet where one can move one's parents into assisted living, without feeling guilty, or that the quality of their lives have somehow been diminished. The Palace has proved to be an exception. Our parents are receiving the best of everything. They live in a physically beautiful and immaculate environment, they eat great food, they receive the kindest of attentions, they are offered the most variety of experience possible, and the genuine care and concern of a highly professional and loving staff. The Palace is expensive, but the feeling of confidence in the care and the environment, and the freedom from anxiety that comes with that confidence is irreplaceable.

Excellent services most of all times. Additional emphasis in the training of staff may be required in reference to supervision of medications that need to be taken by patiens because it may be possible that the pills given to the patient are not verified to be taken. It is suggested that the members that distributed the medications verify that the patient takes them at the moment they are distributed because the patient when the medications are left (to be taken by the patient later) the patients may discard them.

I moved my mom to the Kendal Palace Suites at age 99. She has a beautiful 1 bedroom apt that she loves and after a year she now thanks me. She is much more active and engaged than when she lived alone in her old setting. She loves the staff and all the varied activities. I believe The Palace is why she is still alive at 101, mentally fit and still wants to be here. She enjoys breakfast with friends and a daily hug by her favorite receptionist!
