I moved my mom to the Kendal Palace Suites at age 99. She has a beautiful 1 bedroom apt that she loves and after a year she now thanks me. She is much more active and engaged than when she lived alone in her old setting. She loves the staff and all the varied activities. I believe The Palace is why she is still alive at 101, mentally fit and still wants to be here. She enjoys breakfast with friends and a daily hug by her favorite receptionist! Thank you to the Palace for all you provide.

My Father will be 94 , on 9/4. He has lived in the Palace Suites, independent living, since 12/13 and needs a little help. This is a very warm, caring and friendly atmosphere. Everyone knows him and me by first name, really everyone is so helpful and kind, it is just wonderful and I am at ease. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the attention he gets. There are activities all day and night at every level, happy hour every day at 4:30 with entertainment, before dinner, and activities or entertainment after dinner. The staff is wonderful, always with a smile and ready to assist if needed,not hovering. I'm so happy my Dad chose this place and has made many new friends.

My parents have lived at the palace since June 2013. My family and I beleive the Palace, its people, and its activities, have prolonged their lives. My parents enjoy the facility and most of all the people. The other residents are very interesting and are building a terrific community feeling of support and caring for each other. The staff is fantastic. The staff is very tuned to the needs of seniors. This is a terrific place for my parents and their friends. Other outstanding parts of the Palace include the location and the food. The Palace is an outstanding opportunity for my 90 year old parents.

Finding a place for parents is a hard move to make .but we thought everyone at The Palace made it so much easier. My Dad is happy and he loves the food. This makes all the difference in the world to our whole family.

We discovered The Palace while helping my parents look for a good place to relocate to. The location is particularly convenient for us since we have lots of family in that area, but this place is a class act all the way. It feels like a luxury hotel that just happens to have all the right accommodations in the right places, in both the apartments and the common areas - grab bars where you expect, but of polished oak; lovely upholstered chairs in the fine dining room, but with very subtle casters you wouldn't even notice; smooth floors, because it's polished marble. The facilities are first-rate and beautifully appointed, the staff all seem to know every resident on a first name basis, and there is a great social vibe, with a daily Happy Hour with live music entertainment (!) in the lobby lounge! Not the cheapest place to stay, but you really do get what you pay for. The manager, Haim Dubitzky, is a gem and even gave us a ride to the airport in his own car when our cab didn't show up on time. We're in the process of helping my parents relocate there and can't say enough good things about how they've handled every aspect of it so far.

The Palace of Coral Gables is absolutely amazing. Not only does it make the residents feel important but it makes their families feel important as well. I can't wait to get older and move in myself within the next 15 years.

WOW!!!! This place is AMAZING!! When we moved my Mom here, I thought the pictures were great, but the place is just so much more than that!! The staff here is first-class, and the residents are so much more independent and lively without all those walkers you see every place else! Mom was super reluctant at first, but after a few weeks, she totally came around and only regrets she didn't move sooner. THANK YOU PALACE FOR BUILDING THIS ONE-OF-A-KIND COMMUNITY! We all sleep easier at night for the first time in years! You MUST see this place before ever deciding on any other place! No wonder they won first place in the nation!

My grandmother-in-law was on the precipice of losing her mind with dementia and being home alone the majority of the day. The family was crying and was at wits end as to what to do for her. Finally we had to make a decision and brought her to The Palace. Not only did her dementia clear up once the nursing staff corrected her medications and made sure she was taking them properly, she is a TOTALLY different woman! Still 89 and going strong, my grandma-in-law is now happier than ever, has made new friends, and enjoys spending her time at all the events and activities! This is something that we all thought would NEVER have happened and we couldn’t be happier to see her so happy and well-taken care of…something that staying at home with minimal help would never have accomplished! Thank you to the entire staff at The Palace for your help! And by the way, they're not the cheapest...but once we knew what we were paying for, it was worth every penny!

She is very happy there. They are all expensive, and this is on the high end, but I think it's the best of everything we saw, and I am very happy that she is there, I have had very positive feedback from her. They clearly come out on top by far, compared to what else we saw. They are gated with what is clearly good security. I haven't heard any complaints at all!

I think the staff there is very accommodating. They do a good job and try really hard. The only thing, to me, is it's not cheap so you have to have money put away or a pension or something. It's not going to be covered by social security. Any little complaint that we've had, we address it and they pretty much get it taken care of. They have acitivities, maybe not every single thing my parents would want but they have family events once a month. We've been going to those and they're good. They try to keep everybody involved. For having to put my parents in assisted living, it's a good experience.

It's great, you can't imagine there being the smell of anything related to older folks, they're very clean, theyre very attentive, theyre very sweet with her, they send us pictures all the time. if she falls they call me immedeatly and report anything thats going on. I didnt have to do any of the hard work, they just follow through on anything, they do their laundry, theyre great. My moms really enjoying herself, shes participating in everything. The palace is the place for a bunch of old cuban ladies to go to, she has friends from Cuba who are there and they have a wonderful time and im very pleased it.

I have seen a few places for Seniors throughout South Florida in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and I was extremely impressed with The Palace Suites. It looks from the outside like a fancy condominium. Inside is also fancy and extremely clean. All the staff had smiling faces and the residents looked like they were having a great time listening to an entertainer at the piano. I would recommend The Palace Suites to anyone over 55, even if they had to move to Miami from another county. It's very impressive.

The Palace Renaissance is a great value based upon the quality of the guest rooms, meals, activities and the care given to the residents' hygiene, social and medical needs. Since the Renaissance has slowly evolved into a memory care facility, the design of the common areas needs to be modernized and adapted to current standards for such facilities. Overall the Renaissance has been a blessing for our father.

Palace Renaissance feels /looks/smells more like a somewhat old fashioned beautiful hotel, always clean. Staff very well trained, friendly smiling, caring, & efficient in their work. Management is excellent, always responsive to residents and their families. Food is good. Medical care always available. Entertainment and daily activities are constant with innovative ideas implemented every so often to improve services and prevent routinization. Overall this is an excellent institution for those who can afford it.

My Mother has lived there for a little over 2 years. The attention & service she has received from the staff is amazing! They truly care for their residents. The events that they put on are top notch! The food that the Chef prepares is incredible. [Removed]... I can go on and on. The entire staff are all amazing. The girls at the front desk are the sweetest and always incredibly helpful. We are thrilled that above everything else, my Mother is happy. She has made so many new friends, plays blackjack, bingo, dominoes..... She's so happy, living in a beautiful Palace, surrounded by wonderful caring people.

Nothing else to compare with, but very satisfied

The Palace Gardens is a wonderful home for seniors who need a little assistance. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are plenty of activities and outings to take advantage of as well as just relaxing and enjoying the grounds . The food is excellent and the holiday parties for the families are exceptional. I highly recommend this facility. It is the best.

My parents have been living at The Palace in Coral Gables since January. They and we are very happy with the environment, care, activities and responsiveness of The Palace. They have made friends, started new activities (Tai Chi, board games, movie night), enjoy the nightly happy hour and the ease of having healthy meals available daily.

My father is 81 years old and he has been extremely happy at the Palace at Coral Gables. The staff is A+! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful place for my dad to enjoy his senior years.

The facilities are first rate, but even more impressive is the friendliness and attitude of the entire staff--professional, administrative and service. There is constant and varied activity going on, more that sufficient to satisfy virtually any interest, from educational, cultural, religious or entertainments. There are also wonderful events on special occasions and holidays where outsider friends and family are welcome. The experience to date has been better than expected.
