The owner is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing quality care and support to families in the community. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and caring approach make them someone I would feel confident recommending to others who are seeking home health services.

The young lady who assisted was above and beyond. She was very attentive and was nearly by bedside before I had begun to get up. The service was easy to get started and was flexible about the times I would need some one and adjusted as I had times needed easily and with no fuss. Just really easy to work with.

All were 5s. Getting used to not being useful is hard. They were all great and yes we would recommend Cornerstone Caregiving to other families.

Honestly, 5 across the board. It's been a great experience. They worked with us while we gathered information and decided how to move forward. It was so easy to start care. Being out of state, I got updates after the visits. They changed visits if needed. I was able to text my concerns of my mom and the caregiver was made aware of them. I can not say enough about the experience. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and flexible. Yes, I would recommend Cornserstone Cargiving but my biggest complaint is the new people you send in. I have to train all of the new people.

From the moment I reached out looking for home Healthcare they responded not only via text but also with a phone call and not only a representative but also the owner reached out. They went over everything before we even set up a meeting to assess and once we did that they were kind and very on top of everything. Once we set it all up they have been easy to speak to when questions came up and quick to respond. My only thing I am not as sure of is not having the same person regularly as that does cause uncertainty for an elderly person but again we have only been in their system for a month now. So it may become more consistent we will just have to wait and see.

What we like the most about their services is that the staff are very nice and patient. They matched my mom perfectly with the right client, very detailed to the patients needs

They sent out a person to do an in-house evaluation the very next day. She was pleasant, understanding and thoughtful. However they weren't able to get me an aid for over a week and I had to pay a minimum of 4 hours and it had to be consecutive hours, not split (morning/evening). It was pricey ad well. By the time they could find someone to come to my location my full time aid was well enough to return, so I never got their help. I had asked about doing a full in, but again they need 2 weeks notice and it doesn't always happen in advance.

She was kind, caring and professional. And did everything in her power to take care of my needs. Oh lordy...they want more words from me. She was quick to adjust to the changes I needed. She was on time. She gives off a nurturing vibe. Just a lovely person.

I would rate them 5's in every one of these categories - seriously! I was SO IMPRESSED with them from the interview on. One of the owners and the care supervisor came in for the interview, and while I had not even completed the companies I intended to interview, much less chosen them to provide my care, they removed a door from the bathroom I was going to have to navigate in a wheelchair, and moved several furniture items to provide for fall safety. And the service just got better from there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked me for advice on home care providers.
