I love the help my sister is getting with [name removed] and Seniors Helping Seniors! The people are amazing and we would recommend Seniors Helping Seniors to other families based on the experience so far.

For all categories I would give a 5. The home helper is very positive and helpful. They offer good suggestions to allow my parents have a better quality of life. The company has also been flexible and responsive.

My mom seemed satisfied by the efficiency and care of the helpers. It was easy to set up. I wish I could schedule visits online instead of calling.

Very pleased w/ Cornerstone. My mom is Japanese, I requested a Japanese speaking caregiver, they didn't have one and we started w/ a caregiver anyway. Cornerstone searched for and found a Japanese speaking caregiver they didn't just have me settle with a caregiver. They really care about their clients needs

So happy we selected them. we had 3 different caregivers over 4 days of 24/7 home care during hospice. Every person showed up a few minutes early for every shift. The ease of starting care was the trickiest piece. We were arranging home care during hospice for a neighbor for whom we were health care power of attorney. A complex situation in which her heath plummeted in the hospital and our plans pivoted on short notice from rehab to hospice. [name removed] at SHS went above and beyond to put together staffing on a short timeframe. we had consistent email & text communication w/[name removed]. All the more important b/c this was Holy Week. [name removed] and all 3 caregivers were friendly and pleasant. Each had a different personality and temperament, but we were glad to have each of them. We were simply astonished by the quality of compassionate care provided. [name removed] (patient) was largely unresponsive the entire time. But we had her health care directive which included specific requests like brushing her hair, touching her, applying lotion. We posted these and all 3 caregivers used them to guide their interactions with [name removed]. ; I'm least able to rate this, b/c this was my first time using this type of agency. So I have no reference point, but I can say that we felt we got MORE than our money's worth from SHS.

What we like the most about their services is not requiring 12 hours and easy to reach with questions. We would recommend their services to other families based on the experience we have had.

The head of the Buckhead branch was fantastic. No complaints from my brother about the senior they sent to help him. The head of the branch did a great job talking to my loved one who asked her a lot tougher questions than I did.

We have only had a meeting my mom visit and several phone calls. Have not started care yet so I can only answer a couple of those questions. Communication and responsiveness -5, Friendliness-5, quality of care- don't know yet but I think the quality of what they offer is a 5, meaning trained caregivers, treatment plans, enrichment etc.

What we like the most about their services is their ease of setup; responsiveness; we got along really well with the owner, [name removed]. Communication was super fast and informative.

5 for everything. They are great. Super helpful and accommodating. The aide was amazing and they were so supportive to me. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My husband sleeps a lot while the caregiver, [name removed]is looking after him. Whenever my husband takes a nap, she mops the kitchen floor, empties the dishwasher, and washes the lunch dishes. I really appreciate that. [name removed] also has a good rapport with my husband. She is always flexible on her schedule and can come on a different day if I need her. Lastly, [name removed] and [name removed] are very professional and sincerely interested in my husbands well being. If I have a question, they get back to me in a timely manner.

They are all a 5. Our experience, although it was short, was great! [name removed] the manager was fantastic and so was the companion that came. Yes, we would absolutely recommend their services to others.

I would give Synergy a 5 on everything except for #6. Some aids were excellent and others not so much. I would give a 4 on that. The company went to every effort to match Mom with qualified, caring people but at times that just wasn't possible. Overall they sent people that got along with my mom. My mother was very hard to take a lot of days. She had trouble with strangers in her home.
