What we like the most about their services are that the people are so friendly and competent. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families.

We have a very nice caregiver who is very flexible around our schedule. She can switch days, and stay a little later on days when it is necessary.

We are so grateful to [name removed] and her team for all they are doing for our family. My uncle was discharged from the hospital and sent home under the care of hospice and our family. My mom wanted him brought home to his own house where he could be surrounded by things familiar to him. We were overwhelmed in that first week and reached out to Home Care Team of Texas. [name removed] replied back and set up a meeting that Friday and had a team scheduled to start that Saturday. They are amazing and most of all caring and compassionate. They are not only concerned about my uncle and keeping him comfortable but also my mom and making sure she is OK as well. We cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Home Care Team of Texas!

Our experience has been 5/5 on all with our first caregiver. We were to start a new caregiver this week and she called in sick. Hope this isn't a bad sign. They have been very reliable with kind caregiving

I had the privilege to spend time with two of the ladies that came to sit with Mom and both of them were very kind courteous attentive to Mom's needs and seem to be very concerned about her. They always were looking out for what she needed and her safety great people to talk to.

They really took very good care of my Dad when he was old and frail. The caregiver was very helpful and caring.

It was about a year ago now, so memory is a bit fuzzy. But they were extremely helpful when I really needed help, as the eldercare was totally unexpected. Not cheap, but that comes with the territory.

She takes care of me, she takes me to the store, she helps me with everything needed. She helped me gain weight and get healthy. She helps me cook all my meals, I just have to season it to my liking. I could replace her as a caregiver.

Definitely! [name removed] and each one of his caregivers went above and beyond to help us care for my father. And I know that in the short time they knew him, they developed a real connection with him, and were sad when he passed. [name removed] even came to the house before their official start date when my daughter and I were in a panic because of unforeseen circumstances-- and he calmly helped us take care of the situation. They were always very dependable, letting us know if they were going to be a few minutes late because of traffic. They were also always looking for ways the could help the rest of the family

Mom has dementia and we were terrified to bring someone in. Her caregiver learned her routines, her favorite songs - everything. I can't be there every day, so it's been a huge relief to have Alumni Home Care in place.
