I’ve been impressed with how well they matched caregivers with our mother. I don’t know what we would do without them at this point in time. Out of necessity, my sister and I live four hours away from our mother. We had engaged Seniors Helping Seniors shortly before it turned out that we needed to move mom into assisted-living. We’ve been able to keep mom in her home area where she knows so many people and where she can have family and friends visit her routinely because of Seniors Helping Seniors. Mom‘s companion is thorough, thoughtful, efficient, kind, pleasant insightful, and has been a blessing in our lives in every way.

They’re great! Always on time. They truly care about my father & spotted a UTI before it got really bad for him. I truly appreciate what they’ve done for me and my family.

Everyone has been so positive and willing to do anything to help. I wouldn't hesitate a second about recommending them.

They are caring and professional in addition to proving information and additional resources when needed. The caregivers are excellent and considerate.

I just want you to know that [name removed] and her staff are truly angels from heaven. There are no words to describe how much they have helped me, how much they mean to me, and how much they meant to my father. They are extraordinary human beings and have helped me far beyond my expectations. I am so very, very grateful for them. My father and I had agreed that if anything happened to him, he wanted to make sure they were taken care of. That is how much he appreciated and cared about them. There are also no words to describe how supportive they have been and how they stepped up after he passed. They offered to help me with my father’s house, help me pack and clean, and have even spent hours on long phone calls with me. Who does that? They truly went above and beyond. And to think [name removed] has only been in business since September of last year makes it even more remarkable. I’m sorry to go on and on about her and her staff, but I am SO grateful for them. They have been such a blessing to both my father and me, and I will never forget everything they have done for us.

We have been very happy with Home Matters. The owner has been very responsive and an excellent communicator. We are into our 4th month and have no plans to change.

Overall I’d say that we had a very positive experience with Home Instead. As this was our first time hiring a caretaking agency to come and look after my father, I was a little apprehensive, but Home Instead helped put that at ease. Now I can’t speak for the other branches, but the one in Elkhart IN was top tier service. From the start they were professional, approachable and willing to answer any of the questions I had. When the workers came out, they were both courteous and on time, and my father didn’t have any complaints when I had returned home. Next time I need caretaking services for my dad, I fully intend on going with Home Instead again.

[name removed] sits with my mom and does puzzles and gives her positive feedback good job I'm proud of you. Things like that mean a lot to me. When my moms having a bad day and doesn't want anyone to change her diaper when [name removed] is here [name removed] has come here to help out. I don't feel alone or overwhelmed doing it all on my own. [name removed] is great to she helps my mom and talks to me and lets me know how to do things

Very responsive from the setup to ongoing needs. They were thoughtful in choosing the right caregiver and regularly check to make sure we get the appropriate level of attention and care. We would highly recommend them to anyone whose parent need bespoke attention.

I have met several of the team members and their passion and dedication to helping others really shows. If you or someone you know needs additional help with their daily activities then look no further!

I highly recommend Home Instead hospice sitting services. When an urgent, unexpected need arose during my loved one's hospice journey, I found Home Instead and am so grateful. From first phone call to sitter service, each person was helpful, knowledgeable, and expedient. I would use them again and have already referred their services to others in need. A bonus I also received was awakening a new interest in volunteer opportunity as I could see the important support for family members in need.

It's home care. They send a gal here when I'm not available to keep an eye on her. They offer flexible scheduling in four hour increments.

I live quite far from my aunt, who is being taken care of by Senior Helpers. They have been able to be there for her through doctors' appointments, a fall, and sickness. The staff they have set up to care for my aunt has been both kind and patient with her, even when she has been confused or difficult. I also really appreciate that the aides keep in touch with me to let me know how things are going or when there are problems.

I highly recommend Humble Hearts to anyone seeking out patient care. As an organization they are truly professional in service, communication, compassion, and friendship. [name removed] and [name removed] provide the highest quality service and represent their business with the highest standards. They provided timely, structured care daily as well as communications when the patient, an 83 partially paralyzed stroke recovery person was “stubborn” and not wanting to follow instructions. I strongly encourage to reach out and utilize Humble Hearts for your care needs. They are great people and maintain a great organization.

I am very pleased with Home Instead and our care giver [name removed]. I have never had a problem. He gets along with my husband [name removed] and I hope that he never needs to be replaced as they have a very good relationship. I can easily communicate with [name removed] if a situation arises. Home Instead frequently has others followup with us also.

We haven't used the service as we haven't needed it yet. We did get the process started however and [name removed] was very helpful.
