Our family is so grateful for the care and compassion we received. Everyone made us feel supported during a difficult time. They were incredibly accommodating, even with last minute schedule changes, and knowing my grandma always had someone there gave our family such peace of mind. [name removed] is genuinely kind and sincere. He answered our questions, shared helpful resources, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. [name removed] was wonderful. She was always sweet, responsive, and dependable. Whenever we needed anything, we knew we could count on her. A special thank you to [name removed], who cared for my grandma with so much patience and compassion. My grandma has Alzheimer’s, and every day brings new challenges, but [name removed] made her feel safe and comfortable. We are so thankful for this amazing team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, dependable care.

I rate every one of them a five, except quality of care was a three. The people were just not a good match for my mom as far as personality.

We recently engaged Ezra Home Care to provide 24/7 care for a week for our 92 year old family member on his return from a long hospital stay. The Ezra team provided effective management of a rotating team of several 12 hour shift workers. One of the caregivers was outstanding, others were competent and helpful, only one was not, but was very quickly replaced with no loss of coverage. Overall, Ezra provided excellent communications with us and did what they said they would do while carrying out a demanding job.

They were great, and we had no complaints. They were always able to accommodate my mom and dad whenever they needed assistance. My dad ultimately decided he didn't want the added expense, so they stopped using the service. However, we would absolutely use them again if he changes his mind or if their current plan is no longer sustainable. I also want to mention how patient they were with my parents. They took the time to answer every question they had and made them feel comfortable throughout the process.

One to One Home Care Agency has been great with my father. He really enjoys the visits and the help they give him each week.

I've seen a huge difference since they started out with my friend, they really care for him in ways that other agencies never did.

[name removed] was friendly, caring, patient & encouraging. She was light in an otherwise dark situation. My wife contracted Glioma, a very aggressive type of Brain Cancer. Her level of care needs changed every other day. [name removed] helped calm my wife’s anxieties around all of her transfers by gently explaining each step before and during the process…every time. We had several caregivers during my wife’s brief, fatal illness. [name removed] was hands down the best one!

AmeriCARE has satisfied our needs in every way. They have been very careful with our needs and our schedule. The helper they have sent is incredible, taking such good care of us. We could not have a better match! AmeriCARE really CARES!

The manager/owner took extra care to listen to me and ensure that my father was well cared for. He assigned lovely, considerate caregivers. The person handling his office was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I need a service in the future.

The owner has been very helpful in navigating the paper work and process for opening a LTC insurance claim. The caregiver has been very good doing what is asked and needed to care for our family member.

I've been using Archangels to care for my mother for a couple months. It's a very good agency and so far I have no complaints. The owner and office staff have been great. They're professional, friendly and very accommodating. The caregivers have been wonderful with helping my mother and me. One of them did a shift, the came back in the evening to help mom get ready for bed because I had hurt my arm. I highly recommend Archangels.

The service they provided was very much appreciated. They made us feel like family. They took time to provide my mom with a great caregiver.

The owner [name removed] came to visit me and throughly explained the parameters of his company and what they could offer me. I have been working with him several months now and so far to date I have three very competent caretakers.

The owner of Amada Senior Care responded to my inquiry right away. He went to visit my brother the next day and set up care for the following week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The caregivers he sent completed their tasks on time and were helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend this company!! They responded to our needs very quickly & professionally. They are excellent communicators and very kind and caring!

We have worked with other agencies that struggled to keep staff consistent and reliable. We were left many days wondering if anyone was showing up, causing us to miss appointments and the ability to get a break from our stressful home situation. Now, with Domira Home Care, the support from the main office, monitoring their staff, communicating ANY adjustments that may be needed, we have reliable support, allowing us to care for ourselves while knowing our mom is well cared for. The consistency of staff and administrators has relieved anxiety for our mom on healthcare provider days, making for calmer evenings and daily schedules. We have been very pleased and IMPRESSED with the care for both our mother and us as care givers.
