[name removed] is very attentive she's very caring she always asks me questions to find out what I want and what I need she's been willing to do anything and everything even when it's not on my checklist and she's been very encouraging letting me try and be independent and she's very consistent I appreciate having the same caregiver on the days that I don't have [name removed]. [name removed] has very attentive, goes above and beyond and allows to have some independence still, I really appreciate that. I have not have had to have a whole lot of contact with the office but the few times that I have they've been very responsive very caring.

First, [name removed] was amazing when we met her for the intake meeting. She was thorough with her information, told us about things other companies had not told us about, and guided us through everything we needed to ask for. They even came up with a plan for things we wanted the in home care tech to accomplish each day she was there. We immediately knew that she was the person we trusted the most and the company we wanted to work with. We are planning to start a couple weeks later, however, my dad fell and broke his hip. We couldn’t get started on one or two, but they still checked in, asked how he was doing, and was patient with us while figuring out when services could start. Now, we are currently working with 2 health care givers 7 day a week, 4 hours a day, and they have been amazing. Especially in a situation where my mom does not necessarily want help or to have other people in the house with them. They have been friendly, one over my mom, and so hard-working.

It is hard to put into words how grateful we are for Home Care of Texas. We have been beyond pleased with the care, compassion, and support we have received throughout this journey. From Mom’s hospital stay, to skilled nursing, and eventually hospice care at home, the team seamlessly adapted to our family’s changing needs. The director’s knowledge, guidance, and kindness helped me navigate some of the most difficult moments. She took the time to answer my questions, explain what to expect, and was a comforting sounding board whenever I needed one. The caregivers have truly become like family. They have treated Mom with such dignity, love, and compassion, and they have cared for our entire family just as much as they have cared for her. We will always be grateful for the comfort, peace, and support they provided during such a difficult time. Thank you, Home Care of Texas, for making an incredibly hard journey a little easier. We could not have asked for better care.

Family Pride have provided pleasant, honest, competent caters for my husband. Very willing and punctual.

I have a caregiver from this agency, and I don’t know what I would do without her help. She helps me with dressing, does my laundry, gets my breakfast and lunch, vacuums, does the dishes, and takes me to appointments. Her help is invaluable to me.

On the first day [name removed] showed up at 10. I was in the ER by 11:45. I ended up having 2 heart surgeries. [name removed] was a God send

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took time to make her comfortable and answered our questions. The lady who bathed her took time to make her comfortable and relaxed. The nurse set up an easy system for her meds that was something I could use with confidence. Overall everyone explained everything to me In a way that I could understand.

I am having a really good experience with Seniors Helping Seniors. Our caregiver [name removed] has been wonderful as she is very outgoing and so very patient with my mom who has dementia. My mom is very visibly in a great mood whenever [name removed] is around. The team at Seniors Helping Seniors have been great at communicating any necessary info in a timely manner.

I have called your establishment in advance and you have provided EXCELLENT SUPPORT and I have also called last minute. Again, EXCELLENT SUPPORT. If you all are not told this enough you are doing an OUTSTANDING JOB providing support for my Uncle and I am confident other clients as well. My wife said it would a good idea to contact you and I am SO GLAD THAT I DID. Thank you for everything that you are doing.

Every BrightStar member that I have spoken to or met has been excellent in dealing with all the questions I’ve had regarding care for my sister. We have used BrightStar twice and my sister and I both have been very pleased. We do plan to use them in the future and would definitely suggest their service to others.

Helping seniors has been an amazing experience. I feel at ease leaving my mother-in-law with the workers. She feels safe. The communication has been excellent. [name removed] is on top of keeping everything moving smoothly. I highly recommend Helping Seniors.

Everyone has been courteous and willing to help with everything I have needed. No complaints so far.

[name removed] responded immediately to my inquiry. She scheduled an on -site interview and placed a few caregivers for my brother. She then worked with the family to get a good fit. We are grateful to have compassionate care for my brother.

Mom likes her caregiver and we feel comfortable leaving her with the caregiver. Gives us some needed away time

Helper is always doing and dependable. She initiates chores without being told and competes in a timely manner. Treats me kindly and with respect.

Professional intake. Home health aides talk about ongoing training and good working conditions. Aides are of a consistent high quality and follow family directives faithfully. Communication with scheduling staff is friendly.

They have been wonderful to work with. Very helpful and prompt. They are taking care of my mother in law during the day so I can go to work and focus on my job and not worry about her at home alone. They have been taking her to appointments for me and help with personal stuff and cleaning the house. It’s has taken a huge load off of me.
