Brightstar staff attentively listened to my husband's needs/likes/anxieties and matched him to the perfect companion, "[name removed]". Everyone with whom I had contact in the company were beyond nice and encouraging. The fact that the company doesn't impose any kind of minimum hours/days, and I can schedule my need for [name removed] on an as-needed basis, made the decision to hire Brightstar very easy for me.

Interim has been the only Home Healthcare in our area that has worked out for us. So far we are very happy with them.

Everyone was great! They really helped us out in our time of need taking care of dad. He did not want to get care initially but after talking to the Care Manager he was excited.

I started services with HomeInstead about three months ago. The services have been provided to my satisfaction. Our Care Coordinator, has been very responsive and timely responding to scheduling and other changes requests. She is always available and prompt. Our care provider is attentive and careful in the provision of care. I am happy with the services so far.
