I got with[Name removed] and we did a full review of my mother’s care plan. After consultation we were able to save my mom over [Amount removed]month! We talked about her progress and always being able to add services back in as needed. Thanks [Name Removed]!

I recently visited Brookdale Meridian and was very impressed with the community. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and inviting. The building was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable feeling throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and appropriately dressed. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was clear that they care about both the residents and the overall environment of the community. What stood out most to me was the residents. The people living there appeared healthy, active, and happy. I saw residents interacting with staff and one another in a positive way, and there was a strong sense of community throughout the building. I love the family holiday events. I like that my dad was able to move from the regular residence to memory care seamlessly. All members of the staff are friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know my dad by asking me about him both as a regular resident and again when he moved to memory care. It's a nice, small community.

Very welcoming and homey feel. Spacious and well kept. Good lighting. Good size rooms and many opportunities for residents to interact with each other. At the top of our list.

I have seen the schedule of events which are great. Mom really likes the food. Everything looks very clean and well decorated. Mom is struggling because her hearing is so bad, even with her hearing aids, and the high ceilings and open spaces are just beautiful but the voices just dissipate so she is not being able to participate in conversations. That's what is really getting her down. But everyone is so kind and tries so hard to include her. I don't of anything else that could be done that isn't already being done.

As I walked in the door I was greeted by the young lady in the front office. My appointment was at 10:30am and the ED was very prompt and we started on time without a wait. As I tour the community a lot of the staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming. As I toured several communities for my Father this one is on the top of my list.

My brother just moved into Brookdale yesterday [date removed]. I am his sister I fell in love with Brookdale when I first saw it. My brother was also impressed with Brookdale. He told me he had the pot roast mashed potatoes plus a sundae . He said it was very good. The place is very clean the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

The staff was great. The room size is great, and no complaints on food. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

My family and I recently toured this assisted living facility with [name removed], and we were extremely impressed from the moment we walked in. [name removed] was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions while showing us around. He made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. After our tour, we felt confident that this was the right choice for us, and we made the decision to move in.

My sister moved to Brookdale Oak Hollow in [date removed]. A seamless move with everything completed and done just like discussed prior to the move. Care givers have been polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more. Family visits several times a week and my sister has no complaints and likes the staff. Very well pleased with Oak Hollow.

Wonderful staff, just the right size (not to big), loved all the screened in porches, the movie room is a great feature. Menu looks good and there is always planned activities to participate in.

Communication with the family has always been good. I have had good experiences with the personnel that work there. My older brother is the resident and seems to like it there. He has not voiced any complaints to us.

Very nice facility. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere and very nice staff. The lunch we had was excellent. Nice place to go.

Caring team of professionals, facility was clean and an attractive one story building, dining room food was delicious. Base cost was lower than most facilities, but some care items would be billed separately.

The whole gave my dad a life lasting experience before his transition. My family and I were grateful for Brookdale Kettering. [names removed] and her staff are Awesome.

I would rate this a 10 if I could! The community was GREAT! It had everything we wanted. The only thing is the traffic is horrible! I wish Club Hill was closer to where I live.

Answered all our questions. Were quick to return text messages. Beautifully decorated facilities. Very clean! A printed menu with choices for each meal. An assortment of daily activities. Staff friendly and always available to help us or their residents.
