Brookdale

I think Brookdale is great. It's clean. It's laid out very well and is very comfortable for the residents and their visitors. The staff are great. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it. It's a great facility, and we've been very pleased.

This has been a good experience for my loved one myself so far with Brookdale Meadow Springs. It has been a hard transition for my loved one going from independent living to having caregivers. The caregivers have helped my loved one understand why they're there to assist her. My loved one has dementia and I'm very impressed with the patience of the caregivers when my loved one gets confused. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

Unfortunately our loved one was only there for a few days but we were very pleased with the staff. They were very helpful when we first came to the community, they were very helpful during the move in process as well as the days he was there. After our loved one passed, they were great to work with when it came to billing and the check out process. We would recommend them to other families .

It has been a great experience for our family at Brookdale Asheville Overlook. It seems like they do a really good job with the food and it always smells really good when I visit during meal times. If I had a recommendation, it would be maybe that they could cut down on the portion sizes and not have as many starches or breads. I think they are awesome and I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Brookdale Mentor. This was one of our top choices and we felt this would be a good place for our loved one, however at the time we needed a place their memory care unit was full so that automatically eliminated them, but the people were very friendly.

So far our family has had a good experience with Brookdale Fairhaven, and we would definitely recommend families to come and check them out for their loved ones since everyone is different. Our loved one has really enjoyed the meals, he thinks they are really good. We have really appreciated the staffs friendliness and approachability.

Our first impression with Brookdale Springs was great - the community itself is lovely, is it very clean and no fowl smells at all. We really like how the staff members are always aware of where the residents are. When you look at the residents they are all very relaxed and content, which goes a long way. They do not look tense, or worried at all. Based on our experience so far with Brookdale Springs, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Everybody can have a bad day, but for the most part we think the staff members are very friendly. From top to bottom they all know the residents by their first names when they are out and about walking around. Based on our experience we would recommend Brookdale East Niskayuna to other families.

We have been very pleased so far with our experience at Brookdale. It is a challenging time of transition for my Mom but they have been kind and accommodating. I think the welcome and transition went really well, all staff was very helpful. The only concern mom has is the communication between departments may need some attention.

I have been very happy with the care my Mom receives. She likes the place and says she doesn't want to move. I like the way the facility rooms are set a circle with outdoor space in the middle. They have an activity room you can book to have a family birthday party in. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you. I would recommend Brookdale Hattiesburg Memory Care.

my mom has resided with Brookdale independent living and unfortunately have had to move her to assisted living. Their kindness and patience are beyond what we can ask for. The staff provides very dependable care and patience with any concerns and needs. Management has never failed to respond with quick and professional response. It's a great comfort in our minds to know that she is well taken care of and for this i wouldn't have my mom reside in any other homes than Brookdale. Thank you from bottom of our hearts! The lady, calling me to set up my tour was very professional and sweet. Once I got to the facility, I was greeted by [name removed] and she took me into the library to sit and learn about my grandma before we start of the tour. The place looked very homey and nice. I love that it is a small facility. The inside courtyard has a beautiful setting and I know my grandma would love that. She showed me all around and answered all the questions that I had as we were going. All the rooms are very nicely done in size and all rooms have a view. she introduced me to everybody that we passed by and they all seem very friendly and happy to be there. I will be moving my grandma in there within the next few months when I bring her down to Florida. If you’re looking for a small community with happy people and friendly people working this is the place that you should tour.

The staff at Brookdale Rotonda are phenomenal. They helped me and my family during a very scary, difficult time. My mom was hospitalized for 11 days and then in a rehab facility for an additional 9 days. Making the decision to move her to Brookdale Rotonda was an answer to my prayers. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] helped make everything come together and I am grateful. I love everything about Brookdale and the care, friendships and fun my mom is experiencing there.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Murrieta, and it looks like a really nice and beautiful place. We liked what we were able to see on the tour as well as the staff members we met with.

What we really like about Brookdale Taquesta is that it is smaller community, not a big show. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff was very friendly, and eager to help. We picked this community, because it was affordable, the meals were covered, and it was close to me. In addition, it was clean, spacious, and was available.

Brookdale was wonderful. The manager and tour guide was wonderful as well. Our loved ones wanted something closer to home and family.

I thought Brookdale Oakwood was very nice. It was probably the facility that I liked the best out of all the places we looked into. But it was quite a bit more in cost. And I don’t know what Mom’s life span will be. So we had to take that into consideration. But it was a beautiful facility.
