Beautiful facility, friendly staff, and caring community.

We had to make a move very quickly, and they were immediately responsive and reassuring. We feel completely safe having our loved one at Brookdale White Rock, and we feel that everyone is absolutely engaged in what they do. The staff is personable, aware, diligent, and just on it all of the time. I've had experiences at two other facilities, and that was not the case there. Our expectations are high, and they're being met at Brookdale. It has been reassuring that they not only do what they say they'll do, but they do it with a smile.

This is a really nice community. It is well kept, with friendly staff. The staff communication with the family could be better. It would be nice to have the staff contact us when things happen with my loved one or changes. I would recommend the family keep in contact with the staff about your loved one. Absolutely I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Brookdale Brea has a ton of different activities for the residents there - there is plenty of opportunities for them to get involved. We aren't sure of all the in house activities they have, but we do get a print out newsletter and there is a bi variety. They do take scent roads trips, they go to Hobby Lobby and different shopping stores. Based on our experience so far with Brookdale Brea we have already recommend this community to others and we will continue to do so.

This facility is great and things are going very well. The staff are all very friendly and seem happy to work/be there. They really seem to know the residents and their families. We're real pleased with them. They have a lot of activities going on for the residents at this facility. Communication with the family is very good. Housekeeping does a good job. Every time we visit, it always smells and looks good. They have doctors that come into the facility and provide in house care, which is great. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

It has been a really pleasant experience and my mom is happy. They are more representative of my moms values. We toured other places and some had all the glammer and glitz and charged a lot, but no one there seemed they were having a good time. Brookdale might not be the most glamorous or fancy, but they do a great job of interacting with the residents and bringing everyone together. I would most definitely recommend Brookdale Beavercreek to others.

When we were looking for a place for mother, we wanted a place like home and that is what they have here at Brookdale. It is a very home-like, comfortable atmosphere. It was a no brainer when we met with them. If we have any questions or concerns they are Johnny on the spot and very professional. My mother is very happy and at the end of the day that is all that matters. I would absolutely Brookdale Rome to others looking.

They could improve on the quality of the food. They are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to be. We picked this community, because of the price.

My Mom recently became a resident after recovering from hip surgery. I visited many memory care centers as I searched for the best fit for Mom. I knew Brookdale Mandarin Central was special the moment I entered the building. Everyone was so welcoming and informative. During both tours I observed staff interacting with the residents in such a kind, compassionate and helpful manner. The residents looked happy and well cared for. I knew in my heart this would be a perfect home for my Mom. The transition was much smoother than I expected and that was due to the outstanding staff. The entire nursing staff made certain Mom’s medical needs were met and every other staff member made certain social and emotional needs were met. The many activities keep the residents involved and Mom loves going to the beautiful dining room for her meals. Mom has met many friends and loves sitting in the sunroom chatting. I am so very blessed Mom is a part of the Brookdale Mandarin Central family.

Brookdale Monroe was a wonderful community while our loved one was a resident there. The staff members were very understanding of our situation and never made us feel pressured to make a quick decision. The staff were so accommodating and extremely helpful, and when our loved one had to go to the hospital - the nurse at Brookdale Monroe did a very good job explaining to us what was going down with non medical terminology. They did have a few covid shut downs but before that, the activities were quite lovely and it seemed like in every corner of the community there were residents and staff members socializing with one another.

My loved one was very happy with the food. They provided a lot of activiites. The value for the money was excellent. We picked this community, because it was convenient, friendly, and helpfulness of the staff. They always responded, were always concerned and helped my loved one The culture was beautiful and fantastic. They came up with solutions to problems. Overall, it was a fabulous facility. They were very respectful, and really wanted to please the families, and the residents.

This was a good community with a good location; however, we didn't see the value for the money.

This a good safe place for a loved one. The staff are always watching over the residents to make sure they are cared for. The staff communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions. There is a meal plan for the residents to choose from, and it would be nice to see more variety to the meals.

What we really like about Brookdale Valencia is the staff team - they are so friendly and really provide great care. Not only are the staff members friendly but so are the residents, they seem to really treat one another like family. We are not sure what the stigma is surrounding moving into a housing place like this, because everyone should be here. We would absolutely recommend Brookdale Valencia community to other family members .

Brookdale was great. They treated my mother with great care. As far as memory care goes, I thought they did alright.

[name removed] never stayed at Brookdale Manlius. He experienced a health decline the day before he was supposed to be admitted and he ended up spending his last months between the hospital and a nursing facility. He died in December. During the short time I interacted with the folks at Brookdale I found them to be very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

Everything is going very well at Brookdale Skeet Club, it is a great place. They are taking good care of my loved one. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

What we really like about the Brookdale Pearland facility is the home like atmosphere. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

We picked this community becasue, they have had a lot more pull cords for the residents. They were helpful to get my loved one in quickly, which was appreciated. The staff could improve on communication with the family members. The food is good as to be expected. Overall. I would recommend to other families.
