Brookdale

I loved it. I thought it was clean, and it was run beautifully. They were so friendly, I could call the head lady any time, and she would answer all my questions. The food was fantastic. It was a little more laid back, it was comfortable.

This facility it was very clean very well managed and run was very impressed with the staff!! most of the residents at the time I was there did seem to be more further advanced than my mother with Alzheimer s looking at this facility one more time before making a decision as this was one I really liked

Brookdale Gaines Ranch is a convenient location for us. They made the move very easy and my Mom felt very welcome right away. She's doing great and is happy there. They have a lot of activities going on, my Mom says it's like being on a cruise ship. She also says the food is great.

visited again on 326 and looked at more apt. options waiting pricing options. Granddaughter went with me since her and grandson have power of attorney and their main concern is pricing but want a pvt room.

This facility is great! My mother has been living here 15 months. She is happy. They have a great Executive Director-Sharon. The staff are friendly and truly care about the residents. The staff treat each resident with dignity and respect. There are activities, outings and celebrations within the community. The difference here is the leader!

Trust me I've done the research for you and Brookdale South is one of the good places. I am grateful to Matan for being so wonderful with my father and helping me through the process. I spoke with the clients and they actually liked the place and were so happy. We had visited one place where the residents told us to run! I love that Brookdale South has wide, bright hallways, has the feel of a small community, a restaurant open all day where they can choose their food from a menu, the location and the staff. The staff has consistently been kind to both of us and always remember my name. My father has always been very independent and proud, I never thought he would say anything positive and the miracle is that he has not said anything negative about the place. He likes the staff so much. Matan is incredible, smart and very helpful. I cried in her office and she created a safe place for that. I am grateful for her guidance. Just talk to her and you will be taken care of.

staff is friendly, caring, and attentive to the individual needs of residents. It's easy to get to know people and it feels like a community.

Our prayers were answered when we interviewed Brookdale Baywood. We were thrilled with the location, staff and apartments. We are pleased with the food selections and preparations. We recommend Brookdale Baywood. Thank you for being here in our time of need. Our Mom is very happy.

Our experience with Brookdale Topeka has been a very good one. It's a very nice looking, clean, well kept community, and they do a great job looking after the people here. The care staff, everyone from the aides up to the nurses, is friendly and caring! We're very happy with the place!

Brookdale Sakonnet is a great community! I've really been happy with them. They call and let me know what's happening with my Mom. They are handling her well and doing a really good job. They are like family there. It's a great apartment, right on the water. I'm ready to sign myself up. I haven't encountered anyone who rubbed me the wrong way. The only hindrance is they don't take every insurance.

I haven't observed any activities, and so we are not in a position to rate them. I am impressed by the library and seating area. Thanks for all your help.

People there have been absolutely wonderful - very kind and caring

My uncle time here was a short one, but our experience with Brookdale was a good one. The community was clean and nice looking. The staff here is great and very attentive to the residents. They do offer good activities and he made a few friends with other gentleman there. We had a few meals with him and the food was nice and healthy. He did seem happy while he was there. It is a good community that I would recommend.

This Assisted Living is the perfect size, 42 apartments - we like that the care is tops, we think it is because there are a manageable number of people living there. All of the staff are very friendly. It seems like a comfortable home in all of the common areas. The food is all freshly made, no processed cheap garbage you will find in most other healthcare facilities. The residents seem very happy and are in a variety of ages, races and abilities. The community is always full and the we've interacted with the same staff for years now. Tops in our book!

Not licensed for memory care

It's excellent and I really like it. I really like how clean it is, and the living quarters are also really nice. I would give them a five.

My family member moved to Brookdale Midlothian at the beginning of February 2016. We are very pleased with the room, the care and services, and friendly atmosphere. Activities abound including weekly lunches around town, singers performing, book readings, games, exercises. The facility is lovely. Administrators have their eyes and ears open. My family member has been able to embrace a new feeling of "home." Thank you, Brookdale.

It is always a difficult transition and moving my husband's mother from a different state added more stress and difficulties. The staff at Loehmans Crossing made it seamless and easy for us, going above and beyond to come up with whatever it took to smooth the transition. His mother complains about the food, but she has gained weight and looks great. This is definitely the right place for her!

Everything from our first visit to the eventual admission of my dad was handled with care, not only for the him but for all family members. They anticipated our needs and questions which made for a very smooth transition.

My mother did so well at Brookdale. She got better and was able to move back home and we are so pleased with all the help we got from Brookdale they were really great. The community is nice looking, too. My mother had a few little issues with housekeeping, but nothing too serious to worry about. It's a clean community. The staff is friendly and kind and very helpful to my mother. Their response time to her was great, they responded to anything that she needed. She really enjoyed the food, and she gained five pounds while she was there. This was a great experience and we are very happy we are able to take her home now thanks to Brookdale. We would highly recommend them.
