Sweet assisted living home with great staff! Highly recommend for loved ones. Clean, fun, friendly environment. Daily activities and weekly outings provided for residents. Large sunroom and patio provided.

This facility is tucked in the middle of a residential area and we didn't even know it was located so close to us. The community is quaint, comfortable and very homey. The hallways and other spaces were very clean, wide hallways with hand rails that make it easy for my family member to get from one place to another. The facility is small and staff seemed really friendly. The activity director was leading exercises with the residents when we walked through the building. Lunch smelled good and the apartment space is just what we were looking for our loved one. We were also excited to learn that our loved one could live there until the end of life.

Brookdale Bloomington was an answer to our prayers! The staff is so friendly and helpful, residents are happy, and even the food is great! It’s a great location, close to shopping and the IU campus, Bloomington Hospital, and dining. So easy for us to get to! And there’s a super cute coffee shop within walking distance. Love it!

I like the politeness of the staff very well taken care of. Enjoy the activities and food. Been living here since sept 2023 . I feel very at home feel safe and like they are extended family and have made good friends here.

I stopped into Brookdale and met with Miss [name removed], she was very professional and gave me a great tour. I saw the sign out front to stop in and even though it was not scheduled she took the time to go over the amenities and we toured the building, met a lot of the staff who were very friendly. She offered to show me the model rooms which were charming and clean. I would highly recommend this facility to friends or family. The location is prime as it is near several medical facilities, the mall and shopping.

New management! Brookdale South-bend is a great place! Staff is very professional. Lots of new and exciting changes! Employees are great, professional and caring. The community has a home-like feel and residents are welcoming and friendly.

When you get there you need to be let in which was nice for safety reasons. The lady who greeted me was very nice and professional. I was there to take a tour and they had a cute coffee bar and was offered a beverage. After talking with the sales person we walked the building and she showed me a cpl model rooms which were very nice. Decorated cute and the rooms come with a microwace and fridge.introdeced ne to a resident and some of the staff. They all seemed genuine and caring. Was there for my grandparents who may need assisted living. Been touring several and this one was small and one level which I liked for them. We are not ready yet but will definetly keep this one on our radar.

Nice facility The staff was friendly and everyone seems happy. I have toured several places and this is quaint and cozy. The decor looks nice a d their model rooms look really cute and comfortable. I was able to meet several of the staff and seemed genuinely caring and passionate about what they do.

5 for all! They are great. The room sizes here are to be expected, but they offer so many activities that my dad does not spend much time in his room anyways. Very professional and very kind senior care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What we like the most about the Trail Creek Place is the friendliness of the staff members who work there. We would recommend this community to other families as well.

was very happy with the care my mom got while she was at Brookdale. My two comments would be first... sometimes waiting to be buzzed in because staff were busy and i would be impatient but don't know if there's a way to alter that. Second... the costs are kind of mind blowing but i know everything is expensive these days and i did look at other places and in the end was okay with costs.

It was bright and cheerful. The workers looked happy. I walked out of that place having a good feeling about it compared to the others I looked at. I just feel very fortunate that it's the best fit for Dad. The staff is wonderful. Dad's comfortable there and I know he's in great hands

What we really like about this community is that the staff are always keeping an eye on our loved ones condition and they genuinely love our loved one which we felt she did receive. We would absolutely recommend Kokomo Place to other families looking for a community for their loved ones

The staff is warm and welcoming, they treat you and your loved one like family. We get regular communication from them about our Dad's health and well being, even reporting a cough or cold. The food is great and they have activities and exercise classes too.

My family only benefitted from this facility for 3 weeks & I know for a fact that staff has changed since we were there. In Nov of 2021, we were extremely pleased and thankful for the clean, welcoming facility & helpful, caring staff. Staff was friendly and communicated quickly and often when issues arose. Family member could not participate in the activities or in most of the food. I would recommend Trail Creek Place.

My loved one did not move into the community. I thought the people that worked there were very friendly, and they also showed us around. We picked this community because, it was a facility that offered services for dementia patients. I would recommend to other families.

Elkhart Place is a nice facility. The support staff really stand out to me.

What we really like about Elkhart Place is the friendliness of the staff. They all seem to really care about the residents.

They have a lot of activities. They offer bingo, game night, and movie night for the residents. It's a little expensive but they do a good job. My loved one picked this community. The staff is very easy to work with, and they communicate very well with any issues.
