Staff very friendly always knowing mom by name. Nice environment – Great Meals!

The process of moving my dad and stepmother was handled by the community, alleviating the stress for us. The apartment is nice, spacious and bright, staff has been kind and considerate. The food has been a hit with my dad! We highly recommend Grand Emerald Place.

My mother is doing well since her move into Trail Creek. I just went to see her last night and they have been taking good care of her. I have not had any problems so far, it has been a pretty good experience.

My dad is so happy living at Kokomo Place. The staff are nice and attentive to his needs. They offer some daily activities. The food seems to be fine and dad does not complain. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

The building is nice. The dining room is beautiful with all the windows. We saw deer frequently. The marketing girls put on lovely events too!

Dad is doing great and the staff are very warm and friendly, they treat him with such great care. It is very social around the community. I like that is is very upscale and very nice. He eats 3 meals a day that is great. He is happy so we are happy too.

I am very happy with my choice to move to this community. The staff spoils me, they do my laundry, clean my place and cook me meals. The ladies always have a beautiful smile on their face and are always available when I need them. The meals are great, and if you don't like what you order, you can reorder something else. My children now have the peace of mind that I am being well taken care of and kept safe.

Brookdale of South Bend is fabulous! Mom has been there for two weeks and I have no complaints! All the employees treat their residents like family. Mom did not want to give up her apartment that she loved for 15 years, but she has found that she LOVES her home at Brookdale. I would highly recommend this home for your loved ones.

I would rate this community the highest rating! They are really wonderful here at Brookdale and I am very pleased with our choice to move my uncle here. It is by far the best community that we have seen. They really go above and beyond to help us. Even my uncle who has dementia said the place is great and he is happy here. We are very impressed and would recommend for anyone to take a look at this community.

My loved one was only here for a brief time, but I was very very impressed by the level of service provided by Brookdale South Bend! The staff here is friendly and professional, and I think they really outdid themselves caring for my Mom. The facility was clean and well kept, and they had a lot to provide for the people who live here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

It has been renamed to Brookdale. My mother was only there for a week but the service she got in that time was second to none. The people working there are very friendly and will do anything to help people out. I give 5 stars to everything, would recommend.
