Overall, I feel that Brookdale has been doing well for the short time my loved one has been staying there. There some things that we were initially led to believe would happen that have not actually happened yet, such as the internet access. However, I will say, that the staff has been very good overall. They seem to be responsive and helpful, so I am hoping we can work together to come up with satisfactory solutions to my loved one's needs.

Very welcoming. Lots of amenities included in the "basic service." Many activities and considerations for residents. There is a wide range of services available according to residents' needs. We appreciated the attractiveness of all of the communal areas. We especially liked the private dining areas that could be reserved for family gatherings. Apartments seemed a bit small, but of course there is the entire community space to enjoy. The outdoor court is lovely and the possibility for outdoor activities, including gardening, is great.

Extremely friendly staff and residents. Meals are home cooked with little reliance on processed foods. Excellent chef.

We toured this community for my in laws, and their needs. Our tour went well, and everyone was kind. From what we were shown the community looked nice, and appeared to well maintain. The staff was helpful, and friendly. Our questions were answered, and the experience went well.

I was somewhat familiar with this community and the staff did a great job with my tour, they were friendly and they showed me all around, it was clean and well taken care of. They answered all my questions I just felt that my dad would be better off at another community I had tour earlier.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and helpful to my family, and I. The community looked nice from what I saw. Everything appeared to be well-kept. The staff was friendly, and informative. The experience went well, but I did find another community that suited my mother needs better.

Unfortunately my father in law was only in this community for nine days, and they informed us they were able to provide the level of care he needed. With that information we did have to move him. I feel is he didn't have his medical restrictions, this community could had worked out well for him. It is a nice community with kind people.

It is a beautiful and clean community. Many activities for the residents if they want to participate. No complaints regarding the food, they provide ample proportions. The staff is very friendly, but there is a lack of communication between the staff and caregivers. All they needed to do to help my aunt with her physical therapy was to move the wheelchair back so she could do her leg exercises. It seems with my insistence they are communicating more with me, but there are times when they still do not return my calls. Overall it seems they are improving.

They do a good job overall. Mom loves the staff, they treat her well.

This place is wonderful. We had a few problems with the laundry and cleaning of the room but it is all worked out now.

My friend's stay is quite comfortable at Kokomo place! The grounds are clean and well kept. My friend also enjoys the activities that are offered to him. My main concern is that the staff don't quite answer my friend's calls in a timely manner, but they do treat him with respect.

It is a very nice community but we feel Monroe Place suits our needs just a bit better. Thank you!

They have been very helpful walking us through what needs to be done to get our family member moved in.

I really enjoyed my tour of this facility the staff was friendly, especially our tour guide Nicole. They offered great amenities and the community was kept clean. They also have a great memory loss program that they offer to residents.

My mother is doing well here at this community. We did have some issues with the staff, but they have since corrected the issue. They are willing to work with us with any problems we have. The community looks nice and very well maintained. Heart to Heart hospice has provided us with great care as well. I know she is safe and being cared for well here. It is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

I have only been able to visit my Mother in law a couple of times since she moved into Grand Emerald. The community is clean and well maintained. I have not tried the food but she does say there is plenty of it and they make sure she eats. She likes to play bingo, go to church services on Sunday and make visits to the beauty salon. The staff seem nice so far and she has not said anything bad about them.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff we met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

At first its was just a little pricing confusion but everything is great now.
