Great visit, very clean and comfortable facility. Employees are exceptional very friendly and accommodating.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. All areas a very clean and festive for the Halloween season. Maintenance issues within room have been taken care of almost immediately! I’m very pleased!

My aunt lives here and we always come to visit her. The food is good and the nurse is very nice. We also enjoyed meeting the activity lady last time we were there. My aunt seems to like it here.

Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about your facility. I’m sure my friend will like her new home.

The large size of the apartment is great. I like the sense of security I have. The breakfast is included so it helps keep me on a schedule to see friends everyday. The activities and bus outings are some of my favorite things, especially going to restaurants a couple times a month. I like the friendly staff and they are available immediately in emergency, or even for small problems . Maintenance help is right there when I have a need.

The staff is excellent and super attendant to the needs of the residents. They love and are excited about working and taking care of the residents.

Waterford is well organized center. It’s feels welcoming and friendly. The staff and administrators are professional as well as friendly.

Visited with a friend from church for lunch. The food and company were fantastic. My friend’s room was so nice! Every room there has a patio. The people there were SO NICE, friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly place, clean and the apartments are all fairly large. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE SPACIOUS BATHROOMS AND CLOSET!! It is a must see! Everyone seemed very happy. I definitely recommend for my family member.

What a wonderful facility. The Renley was is close to everything my mom needs. The building is clean and the staff is pleasant. Mom is super thrilled.

I have heard of the Addison in a caregivers’ support group. A caregiver in the support group whose husband was admitted to memory care at the Addison said the transition was easy because he was in their day program. I pursued the day option at the Addison for my wife who was enrolled in the Sunshine Center daycare in St. Augustine. Getting used to a place prior to admission appealed to me. The Addison is the only memory care facility in the area that does this. The sales manager, the director and the memory care director are on top of their game. My wife has been in the program for 8 months. and constantly tells me how wonderful the people working there are from the memory care, director to the activities director, all other caregivers, food servers and cleaners. Everyone in that unit is extremely helpful and treats residents and attendees with personal care, love and dignity. It feels like an extended family at the Addison’s memory care unit.

The remodeling look very nice. It’s very easy to sign in and out now. The eating area has nice, natural light.

We have had a wonderful experience from the first moment we called. It is such a refreshing feeling to have every call answered, every question answered and every follow up delivered as promised. Since move in, my mom has received such loving care and compassion. This is what every human being deserves and it is so nice to see.

[name removed] is an absolute blessing to our family and a true credit to her profession. She has a rare gift for balancing professional excellence with deep, heartfelt empathy. [name removed] has guided us through a difficult time with my father and treats him with patience and kindness. She cares and goes above and beyond her duties. Never disappoints. From maintenance to caregivers. Especially the above. Also delicious food especially prepared by [name removed]. [name removed] cleans rooms well , too. [names removed] at front desk are 5 stars.

My sister LOVES living at Middleton Crossings. The recent renovation is spectacular and everything is immaculate. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. She has made many friends and enjoys the activities and field trips. The staff is very kind, friendly and professional. My sister has never been happier!

The staff work very well with the residents through their on going activities. A welcoming place where you feel welcome, safe and part of a family.

What a wonderful place to send a loved one . This place really feels like home. Beautifully decorated, clean, smells good. The residents are all happy. The staff is over the top amazing, caring, warm, inviting. The nurses are attentive and nurturing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would …… I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants that good home with helping loving hands for their loved ones.

My mother-in-law has been at The Addison in memory unit for the past two years. We have been pleased with the loving care she receives. The caregivers take the time to understand each of residence personalities and handles them accordingly. This is important because they don’t get upset and agitated and feel safe. They have many activities and weekly outings even for the memory residents. Extremely satisfied and love it here. If you are looking for a senior community I would suggest stopping by to take a tour.
